Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. We have just taken delivery our new Walton Four poster bed which we bought from the Farnham showroom. The bed is beautiful, the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and Clint and Marcin who delivered and assembled the bed were very professional and courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great job guys….

Then again when we asked for a delivery to our home in Portugal.
We now await delivery, hopefully, in July.

I love your philosophy and have many beautiful pieces of furniture. I hate to say it is the sales staff who put fear into me not doing the right thing just not customer friendly. I can’t ask for help because I get the feeling I should be signing up for a design service. Such a shame and is putting me off coming into the store.

We ordered an off white Tolsey rug. We already have two of these. This one was for our bedroom & looks very nice. It is such good quality & the older rugs we have still look like new.

Amazing service from start to finish
The whole process of getting our chairs and footstool was great, from the design support in the shop, to the well planned, efficient and friendly delivery guys André and Liam, and the products themselves are beautiful and such high quality.

Expert Design Service
Having wanted a new kitchen for several years and been unable to find anything that really appealed to me and warranted the upheaval associated with installing a new kitchen, a friend suggested visiting Neptune in Farnham. It is a really lovely store with a great range of kitchens displayed which are all such superb quality and craftsmanship.
I booked a design consultation with Gill Morrison who I would highly recommend. Gill was so professional yet extremely easy to talk to and most helpful throughout the entire design process and installation of my kitchen. She had endless patience with my continual changes to the design as it was difficult trying to fit in all my requirements due to the low ceiling and awkward shape of the room. I am absolutely delighted with the end result which is not only beautiful but so practical. Thank you Gill for helping me to obtain my perfect kitchen.
I would also like to thank the rest of the Neptune team - Ellie who responded quickly and efficiently whenever I had a query and Gill was not available, Ian Williams the project manager who ensured the delivery and installation of the kitchen went smoothly and was always available if we had any queries, Ian the fitter and Tom the painter who were extremely tidy and meticulous in their work.

Delivery no longer a premium service
Delivery no longer a premium service. I paid £30 delivery for a £1,400 order, surely a delivery fee on an order of that value should be standard. But not only was it chargeable it wasn't delivered by Neptune but by DPD. I am used to the service where they schedule the delivery and take away the packaging but it was delivered with 12 hours notice and left the packaging. However, the in store team was great at helping me purchase the items and I would rate them 5 stars.

Hi Charlotte! Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to read your disappointment.
You are correct, our standard delivery charge of £30 for larger designs that can be delivered by courier, or Neptune, is a door step delivery with no assembly included. I want to assure you that we do still offer a Premium delivery service encompassing everything you love including your room of choice delivery, design build and package removal for £60.
Please do speak with a store colleague when ordering your designs and request Premium delivery, or select this from the options at the checkout if buying online.
