An excellent experience from start to finish. Showroom staff in Reading (itself a beautiful showroom) were most helpful in helping us select ideal products for our needs. Order timelines were clearly explained (and stuck to) and delivery was efficient. Shane and Lee W, the delivery team unboxed, placed items in our desired locations and cleared away all packing materials.
I would highly recommend.

We had the best visit to Neptune Hare Hatch, Reading this week. Everything is laid out and displayed so beautifully but the highlight has to be the staff that work there. Particularly Liz, Betty & Simone they are just wonderful and when I visited on Wednesday with Harvey my dog on his 12th birthday he absolutely loved it too!!
You cannot leave without buying yourself a little treat :)

Excellent showroom experience, the showroom itself was wonderful plus the staff were knowledgeable and very kind. Our delivery drivers Lee and Craig were great and shifted + assembled a heavy table in the (silly) May heat. Vey happy with the table.

We are long standing customers of Neptune and love the styling and quality of their furniture, housewares, artificial flowers etc.
There stores are laid out like normal houses and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The delivery drivers are always professional and our only compliant is delivery costs and charging to take away packaging which is outright riduculas for a premium brand.

Exceptional customer service. Every person we encountered at Neptune in Reading and Swindon deserves praise.
