A review for Simon Russell, Nested.

After working with other local agents and dealing with numerous estate agents in and around Bristol over the years, Simon has been, hands down, the most passionate, responsive, thorough, and honest agent I've worked with.

His commitment throughout the process has been excellent, consistently going above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. It has been apparent from the outset that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes great pride in his work.

I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and will certainly work with him again in the future.

I was called 6 times in one day by the crystal palace Nested reps, as well as emailed. Extremely off putting and just downright rude

Tom Cottrell has been an absolute Star, providing a First Class Service , Extremely Professional going above and beyond helpful and supportive......in what has been a Probate Case in respect of Selling a Leasehold Property, which was very complicated, but Tom has always been there for us. Matthew Gullick at Nested Winchester was brilliant throughout our whole buying process. As first time buyers there were loads of things we didn’t fully understand, but Matthew always took the time to break everything down clearly and keep us updated.

I have moved three times, and Mike & Wayne have by far been the best estate agents I’ve used. They are both very professional and always answer the phone.
They sold my house for £5k more than the asking price in just 7 days.
They pre-screened all potential buyers, which saved time from people just viewing the house without serious interest. Because they were always on hand to answer calls, communication between them, the solicitors, and my purchasing agent went very smoothly.
I would 100% use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Having used other local agents to sell my home (to no avail) I decided it was time to switch to Nested & Ben Gallant. The best move I could ever have made. He achieved what others had not managed in months.
The one to one service is a lot to be said for, Ben is your one to one contact, always available to speak to & very professional in my view. A fresh new selling approach from Ben, he was the first to use a drone on it & the new pictures of my property were first class.
We had a slight hiccup with the solicitors towards the very end, but Ben being the professional he is had this resolved within the hour. ….Sale completed & Moved on!! I whole heartedly would not hesitate to use again for a stress free sale.

Reiss is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with.

We completed our sale last month - and I honestly don't think we could have done it without Reiss! He was fantastic throughout, despite a challenging managing agent for our estate, he was an excellent communicator to both ourselves and the buyers, and was constantly on the ball, we cannot thank him enough.

We sold our flat with Reiss at Nested, and we were so pleased with everything.

We received excellent feedback on how to make our property more marketable, he was extremely knowledgeable about the local area/market, and was a very proactive communicator - both when gathering feedback from prospective buyers, and to us directly about viewings/the market etc.

We were selling shared ownership which brings its own challenges but Reiss was great in this aspect as well.

We would absolutely recommend Reiss to anyone!

Sophie Kelly was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She exceeded all expectations and was a superstar! I cannot recommend her enough! Where to start… She was incredibly responsive and made the process as straightforward as it could be - she kept me updated with bookings and feedback on the app but also by email because it was more convenient to me. Her viewing feedback was very detailed and constructive and I particularly loved her “chance of making an offer” score… which turned out to be very accurate. The way she presented the house was incredibly successful and generated much more interest than I expected and at a price I was very happy with. During the legal process, she remained hands on and helpful and coordinated with the third parties which smoothed everything over. She had a wonderful manner and instilled a real sense of confidence in all she said and did. Of course I am very glad the transaction has completed, but I will miss our daily interactions!
