We finally found the right person!
Ben Gallant at Nested found buyers for our house and we can thoroughly recommend him.
We had previously encountered other estate agents that did the bare minimum and achieved nothing.
So when we engaged Ben’s services we were very pleasantly surprised.
He was thoroughly professional and proactive. He quickly responded to all calls, emails and texts.

I worked with Kirsty Rowley during the sale of my property in London. She is an exceptional agent: incredibly diligent, honest, and tenacious. Right from the beginning when she came round to value the property, I felt she was genuinely keen for us to succeed with the sale and not just looking for a quick buck or quick listing, as with some other agents. Her experience (Partner/Director level) really shows in how she handles complex situations, and I found her followup and phone call updates on what turned out to be a complex sale invaluable. Had my high value home on with Charters for over a year with just a handful of viewers or should I say chancers. Changed to Nested and my home sold within a month for the amount I wanted and with a lot of interest from serious buyers. Alana was great with giving her presentation to perspective buyers and the whole experience was professional throughout.

My husband and I have just completed on our house sale, and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without Katie. It has been a long journey (we started back in March and finally completed in December!) and a bit of a rollercoaster with chains breaking and solicitor delays, but Katie was the absolute constant throughout it all.

None of the issues were ever her fault, but she was always the one sorting them out. She is so much more than just an estate agent; she genuinely cares about her clients. She was always available on WhatsApp to answer our questions (and calm our nerves!), chased up slow solicitors relentlessly, and went completely above and beyond—even popping in to feed our cats and check on the house when we were away on holiday. She even offered to help us do charity shop runs in her campervan right at the end!

If you want someone who is proactive, calm, and actually on your side, you need Katie in your corner. She made a stressful process manageable and we are so grateful for her perseverance. Thank you Katie!
