Fabulous experience all around

I got a great item (signed Cd) from one of my favorite bands at a fabulous price. There is no telling how long it might take from many vendors to ship but Newbury Comics shipped mine right away and it was packaged very well. I highly recommend Newbury Comics and hope to buy from them again in the future. Thanks!!

SCALPER OWNED SHOP

This is the store for scalpers. Booster bundles of 151 for $110 and Paldean Fates $75. Everything there was well past over 20% of actual MSRP and some over 100%.
AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANNA SPEND $175 FOR LESS THAN $50 IN CARDS.

Why are my records damaged!!! they came in a vinyl mailer which was sturdy that means u shipped it like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 star incoming!!! also they block anyone who dares to speak out on twitter.

DO NOT BUY VINYLS HERE! I loved this store at first and I got a bunch of vinyls here and when opened they were all dusty but I thought nothing of it UNTIL I got a vinyl that was SCRATCHED everywhere and super dusty. A lot of skips too.. not okay and the worse part is I tried returning and they wouldn’t take it back.. um it was 50 dollars for GARBAGE Let me return or at least get store credit or som

BUYER BEWARE HORRIBLE CS!!

I reached out to Newbury comics to let them know that the two out of four vinyls I ordered are seriously flawed and defective. One of them is skipping so badly every single song skips! Their responses since they don't have it in stock anymore they can't replace it and they refuse to refund me even though I will send the records back I don't want them I will even pay for shipping I just want my money back! This is horrible cs. You can't just give somebody a defective item the FTC rules state that an item that a buyer purchases is what it's supposed to be sent and this is not what I purchased. I did not purchase skipping records, no where did it say that the records with skip. I just want my money back I don't even care about The replacements I'm being told that since there's no replacements available that I can't be helped. They're trying to give me store credit I don't want to shop through them again how do I know this isn't going to happen again?! And I have asked them three times to speak to a manager the second time I asked they just tried to ignore me until I kept messaging. They just keep sending me the same message they won't help me and they won't transfer me to the manager. I'm going to have to take them to the Better Business bureau and figure out how to get my money back. They scam you! Order number 4497561419956

Newbury comics rocks

Excellent company. I have made two purchases lately and my motley crue coloured vinyls arrived in mint condition with no damage and they were packed and protected to perfection. Customer service is great and their shipping time from the U.S to Australia didn't take very long at all. I will continue to buy from them.

Expédition volontaire d'articles défectueux et service client déplorable (Mr Josiah)! Fuyez!!

Client français, j'ai passé ma seconde commande récemment pour un troisième article.
Il s'agissait d'un vinyle accompagné d'une affiche dédicacée.J'ai payé autant en frais de port et en taxes douanières que le prix de l'article lui même.
J'ai reçu un colis en parfait état (aucun dommage dans le transport).
A l'ouverture, j'ai découvert une pochette accidentée sur tous les coins (cornes), le scellé était arraché en plusieurs endroit...enfin, l'affiche était largement pliée/cornée. Je n'ai jamais reçu un article neuf en pareil état auprès d'aucun revendeur!
Je m'interroge sur les conditions de stockage chez eux et le soin accordé à leur "marchandise". Il ne fait aucun doute que la personne qui a emballé ma commande dans le carton a vu la même chose que moi et l'a délibérémment et consciemment envoyé dans cet état là!
J'ai contacté le service clients et envoyé les photos des dommages. J'ai discuté avec le fameux Josiah du service client ...et là ça a été la "cerise sur le gâteau". La réponse que j'ai reçue a été tout aussi déplorable (et surtout IRRESPONSABLE)...le tout avec un sang-froid, nonchalance et décontraction extraordinaire! J'ai eu l'impression que c'était un discours bien-rodé! Cet individu m'a carrément affirmé qu'ils n'avaient aucune obligation à envoyer à leurs clients des articles en parfait état : je cite "The foxing to the corner of the album is not considered damage, as we do not guarantee “mint” or “perfect condition for items offered on our website".
Il était hors de question que j'accepte de conserver un article en pareil état (pourtant il a bien fallu). Il était hors de question que je prenne à ma charge les frais occasionné par un retour (j'ai renoncé). Pour le remboursement intégral de l'article défectueux il aurait fallu que je procède au retour (il ne prenne pas en charge les frais de port retour et ne m'auraient évidemment pas remboursé les frais de douane!). Je cite : "international customers are responsible for return shipping costs of orders". Paypal ne remboursant qu'une partie congrue des frais de retour cela rendait l'opération déraisonnable : j'aurai perdu de l'argent et n'aurait plus eu le vinyle en ma possession. Qu'en est-il si j'avais sollicité un article de remplacement...j'aurai du payer en plus, les frais de douanes une seconde fois!
En somme, ce fameux Josiah m'a donc affirmé qu'il ne garantissait pas l'état des articles neufs qu'ils vendent...qu'ils ne sont pas responsable des frais de douanes et qu'ils ne prennent pas en charge les frais de port retour pour les acheteurs étrangers.
Il ne m'a laissé le choix qu'entre un dédommagement de 15% (dérisoire pour un article à ce point dévalué/décôté) ou un remboursement intégral sous condition de retour de l'article (à ma charge). Cette alternative est un leurre: quelle personne saine d'esprit dépenserai 40 euros en port retour pour s'en faire rembourser 45 sur une dépense initiale de 60?!? Inacceptable!!!
En définitive? Paypal à endossé la responsabilité à leur place, en me dédommageant de 50% du montant dépensé.
Avis donc aux clients Français et plus largement aux clients étrangers (aux US) ...n'achetez pas chez eux...si vous avez la possibilité de trouver votre article auprès d'un autre revendeur...privilégiez cette option...si c'est un article que vous ne désirez que très modéremment ...préférez renoncer! En tant que commerçant et pour une telle enseigne...ils n'ont aucune éthique...aucune éducation...ils sont malhonnêtes et irresponsables!
Je pense même qu'ils profitent de ce genre de configuration : envoi/réception longue distance couteux pour l'acheteur (frais de port+frais de douanes) pour écouler leur stock d'articles endommagés...le client est piégé et n'a d'autre choix que de renoncer.
Une seule étoile parce que zéro (ou en dessous de zéro) n'est pas possible. Si vous êtes raisonnable...fuyez!!!

Amazing website

I ordered from this website Witcher geralt Funko Pop! and it came in MINT condition it was really good packaged and Authentic they have international shipping and Paypal and other payment options i am from Slovakia so i was worried that i would recieve a damaged Pop! but i did'nt because it came in very good packaging i really recommend ordering from this website the shipping isn't expensive as well.

BAD Customer Care!

Pls be advised...all though not stated in return policy, Emerald Mall, Newbury Comics does not accept clothing returns from customers who cook, even if returning THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH RECEIPT &TAGS. A salesman decided to sniff my son's t-shirt and declared it smelled DISGUSTING and like ONIONS. My son tried it on ONCE then put it back in the bag in his room. Funny thing is, my son told me the shirt smelled and I thought he was just being silly. So, if you cook ethnic foods, sorry but all clothing sales are final.

I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THAT STORE AGAIN. THEY PROFILE CERTAIN PEOPLE AND HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!

Avoid

This company does not pack their vinyl well enough to survive the journey. They always arrive with damaged sleeves. They then claim that this is not their problem and refuse to replace the damaged items, pay for return postage or give adequate compensation. My advice is not to buy from them even if they have one of their 20% off sales on.

Everything you've ever wanted!

Every time I visit Massachussetts (especially Boston, where I've studied), I can't help going to Newbury Comics. They have the best stuff you can find if you like TV series, comics or videogames.

The good point even if I can't go to Boston is that they have an online store where you can find multiple of their products. The web has a great design and is really intuitive, so you will find it easy to use.

I received my orders in approximately 3 days, so in less than a week you can enjoy your purchase! And they also sell international orders.

En okay oplevelse...

Synes dog, at de ikke er helt så gode til at give information omkring bestillinger. Har ikke haft nogen idé om, hvor min bestilling var; var den sendt eller er den stadig i vente position.
Men fine priser og min bestilling endte med at komme frem i helt fin tilstand - kommunikationen kunne dog have været bedre!
