Love my agency the app is easy to use and effective

I’m really happy with the health force go app the staff are very quick to resolve any problems I have also worked for newcross for many years I love my agency I have grown as a person had lots of opportunities to to develop my skills I would be lost without my agency given me and my family good standard of living best payed agency out there

This message is from a happy agency member who’s been with it from 2018 when we use to send the paper timesheets to the main office in Cornwall,
And now we are using the cutting edge technology and innovative technology aka artificial intelligence through a well developed application by a professional and powerful minds.
And probably in the nearest future this brilliant idea will be implemented Nationwide in UK’s work force, in all industries!! All the stars 🌟 from the sky above for the entire NEWCROSS FORCE!!! 🎩🤘🖤

Deep disappointment in online staff and APP

App crashes CONSTANTLY (never worked properly since day one). Online support/robots just copy-pasting the same texts for weeks/months INSTEAD of making SIGNIFICANT CHANGES or improvements in the app or in the communication with their own staff!!! And years passed and passing by...!!!

No one picks up the phone during working hours, you have some chance to talk with a person JUST at night ("out of hours number"), after hanging for 20-30-40min on the phone :(
During the day they pick up the phone just for some clients, but not for staff.

However, we recognise that some issues may require urgent attention, this is why we offer the option to call in and speak to someone directly for anything urgent that requires immediate attention, 24 hours a day.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for all of our staff members, and we are committed to providing support to ensure all app functions smoothly and efficiently.
