3 years of unresolved defects — paid in full, then abandoned

If you're considering Nibav, please read my experience carefully before handing over your money.
I bought a Nibav home lift and paid the full amount. In June 2024, I sent a formal written complaint to their management listing every problem. Today, in 2026, not a single one has been properly resolved.
Where do I start? Delivery was two months late — promised within three months, arrived in five, well after my renovation had finished. Throughout the wait, communication was almost non-existent: no updates, no timelines, nothing to plan around.
The installation made things worse. The crew clearly lacked experience: glass panels ended up scratched, the internal glass partition actually came loose and fell out, and the whole cabin is now covered in scratch marks. The glass they acknowledged and said they would replace? Still scratched, still filthy, never replaced. On top of that, their workers dragged heavy machinery and metal across my wooden flooring, damaging it on all three levels of my house — repairs I'll be paying for myself. I even had to hire additional workers and scaffolding out of my own pocket just to help their team complete the job.
The finishing touches tell you everything about their quality control: the interior logo and inscriptions were mounted in the wrong orientation, doors and components rattle and make loud noises, covers don't sit properly, and wires are left exposed. All reported. None fixed. The complimentary Alexa/WiFi module promised during the sale simply never showed up.
But the real problem is the company itself. Their staff seem to leave constantly — every time I chase my case, the salesperson or engineer handling it has resigned or moved on, and whoever replaces them knows nothing about my complaint. I restart from zero, again and again. Apart from one or two individuals who genuinely tried, nobody takes ownership of anything.
Two years. Full payment. Zero resolution. Do your homework before you commit.

I want to give 0 or -ve rating

I want to give 0 or -ve rating. Pathetic product, pathetic servicing. Waste of hard earned money. In 6 months it how many complaints raised and how many times they fixed same issue for it to reappear, I have lost track. The lift stops suddenly and everyone is scared to use. Guest kids started crying scared of the experience,

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I unfortunately agreed to purchase a private lift and unfortunately paid a deposit in June 2025. With the arrangement to review the working product in their show room in Banyo Brisbane in August 2025.
After a debacle with the viewing, I requested not to proceed with the purchase and requested a refund be organised. It is now December, every contact number I had does not answer and no body will talk to me. I'm not sure how to go about obtaining a refund. The sales person that I signed the contract with said a full refund was not a problem, his phone number is now not working.

My advice is don't go with this company.

Worst company ever

Review

I don’t even know where to begin. This elevator was supposed to give my mom a sense of dignity and freedom after her condition made it impossible for her to use the stairs. My dad spent a huge amount of money — money he absolutely did not have lying around — because he just wanted to give her a safe way to move around her own home.

Instead, it has become one of the most painful, discouraging experiences our family has ever dealt with.

The elevator was installed about a year ago. Since then, it has barely worked. Maybe two or three weeks of actual use in an entire year — that’s it. Every time we thought it was finally fixed, it would break again. And each breakdown meant my mom was stuck, unable to get up and down the stairs, trapped in parts of her own house. Watching her lose that little bit of independence she was supposed to regain has been devastating.

What makes it worse is the company’s complete lack of care. We have begged — literally begged — for help. A technician shows up only after constant calls and messages, and even then, the problem is never resolved. They leave, and the elevator fails again. It feels like no one there understands or cares that this isn’t a luxury product. It’s a medical necessity for someone who truly needs it.

My dad trusted this company with something incredibly important. They took his money and delivered nothing but stress, disappointment, and heartbreak. No one should ever have to go through this, especially families already dealing with illness and mobility challenges.

Please stay far, far away from this company. They do not stand behind their product, they do not care about their customers, and they will leave you hopeless and frustrated. They were quick to take our money, but have shown zero compassion or responsibility since.

Never purchase Nibav lift

the lift was sent to my house on April 29th 2025 and after one of the CRM name Santosh arrange an installation and I was informed he will send the tech team on 13th May 2025 however last min he change of his word again said the tech team only able to come over after 2 weeks' time which earliest on 19th may 2025 and the changes keeps happening the tech team need another 3days which is on 21st may only able to come over to my house to start the installation . On 21st and 22nd tech team had installed however they found out that the pillar lighting is not working and they not able to do anything and ask me to wait for the new part which is on 31st May 2025 to arrive. The issues been dragging and dragging an empty promise was made by Mr. Santosh(CRM) again and again. He keeps promised next week next week but until up to date 10th Oct 2025 . My brand-new Lift purchase from Nibav still not able to hand it over for me and my family.

I had one of the worst experiences with Nibav Lift. I booked their lift and paid a heavy advance of ₹5.86 lakhs on 19/5/25, trusting their promises of “quick installation” and “premium service.” What I actually faced was endless delays, zero accountability, and no proper response from their team.

Despite repeated follow-ups, they neither delivered nor installed the lift till date. Even after cancelling and repeatedly requesting a refund, they have been ignoring calls, emails, and messages. Their customer care is non-responsive, and the company keeps making excuses instead of taking responsibility.Imagine this is an order stage,you can well imagine type of services after installation as well

This is nothing but cheating and harassment of customers. They take your advance money, don’t deliver, and then refuse to refund. Such practices show that Nibav Lift is more interested in trapping customers than in providing genuine service.

My advice to anyone considering them: Stay away from Nibav Lift. Don’t trust their marketing or sales pitch. Once they have your money, you’ll be left with frustration, financial loss, and mental stress.

I will also be pursuing my case legally in Consumer Court for 100% refund, compensation, and exposing their unfair trade practices.

Very bad experience with Nibav Lifts

I would have given a negative comment if I could based on my current experience. I ordered an elevator in May 2025 and paid the first installment in May with a committed delivery and installation date of 10th September. All the payments were made by us on time. The heavy lift consignment was delivered and store in our garage since 10th of September. After that there is no communication in spite of our repeated calls to multiple numbers listed. It was been a traumatic experience so far. The customer service is pathetic.

Nibav could not deliver what the salesperson described.

Nibav could not deliver what their salesperson described. I had Nibav lifts come out to my premises in Runaway Bay to quote on a lift installation. The salesperson said they do not drill the holes through the ceiling and I would need to provide my own builder for this service. No problem I accepted their quote and paid a $7000.00 deposit. When the builder inspected the ceiling to quote he pointed out I do not have a wood ceiling as the salesperson described but in fact I have a concrete slab. I have had 2 concrete core drilling companies perform site visits and both have said they would not drill through the concrete slab as it is too close to the stairwell and would affect the integrity of the building structure. Requested a refund of my deposit due to the fact that the holes for the lift cannot proceed. Salesperson's phone not answering and emails bouncing. Now going legal. Would not recommend Nibav Lifts.

Worst Customer Service

I booked it in Dec-2024 with expedite delivery (extra 25K + GST just for delivery) and the agreement is to install by 10-Feb-2025. As they didn't meet the date, and it took almost a month for them to agree and waive it off.

Also they put agreement that we need to pay 100% before delivery (i.e., once the production is complete) and based on their responses / experience, I disagree for that as well and paid by holding 60k for installation.

PLEASE DONT PAY 100% UPFRONT without job completion.

They agreed to install by 5-May-2025 but they missed some cosmetic items (cover) and so I didn't accept their completion report. Currently it is still sitting in my home without use. It's been more than 2 months, still they are working in getting those covers.

Never seen such a irresponsible team (specifically CRM team) and the way they communicate with customer is really worst.

Even they sent me a legal notice that I intentionally delayed asking ~68k fine. I just forward the mail thread to their legal team and finally they waived off as well.

Same happened with another customer in my community where he booked back in Sep-2024 and got installed only last week of June 2025.

Not recommended

I am not recommend for buying their lift, my lift is delivered on mid jan 2024 and the delivery is not as promised 4 month, my lift installation start on end of june 2024 with multiple reschedule and many excuse, the lift is not properly install in the middle of cutting, i have to take leave and go to my house to keep monitoring they align. i had pay so much of money but receiving such bad experience. Although the installation and alignment issues have now been resolved, the continuous delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional handling of the entire process have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. This experience has undermined my confidence in Nibav's service quality. last but not least, they are asking me to pay the remaining 10% in order to proceed to handover

They never keep promises

They never keep promises, eg 3-6 months delivery, my purchased on 24/7/2023, paid 90% purchased price but lift only installed on 22/4/2024, and still not commissioned and functioning as of day of writing.
My timber floor damaged during installation and they refused to answer my repeated requests to repair and replace the wrong matt for my lift. They ignor me totally.
