I ordered some closet cabinets

I ordered some closet cabinets . I kept getting emails they were delayed. I told them to cancel the order and was told it was in the Q and too late to cancel. Called my CC company and put in a dispute. As soon as I told shopfad that, they canceled my order and sent an email telling me a refund was on the way.

Smooth purchasing experience overall

I have to admit, I was initially hesitant to buy furniture online because I like to see and touch things in person, but Shopfad completely won me over. It all started with their website—it’s one of the cleanest and most user-friendly furniture sites I’ve ever used. The categories make sense, the photos are high-resolution and show the products from multiple angles, and the descriptions are actually helpful. I ended up ordering a coffee table and a sideboard. The checkout process was simple and secure, and I received a confirmation email immediately. Throughout the shipping process, I got updates so I always knew where my order was. When the items arrived, they were well-packaged and undamaged. The quality was impressive—solid wood, no rough edges or weird smells, and the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Both pieces look fantastic in my space and have gotten compliments from guests. I also had a reason to reach out to customer service afterwards with a question about care instructions, and they responded quickly and politely. It’s clear they care about their customers even after the sale is complete.

Extremely Delayed Shipping, Misleading Returns Policy, and Terrible Quality

Completely untrustworthy experience from start to finish. I placed an order with shopfad.com and immediately ran into red flags. Their representatives do not speak English well, which made communication confusing and frustrating. They also refused to let me cancel my order, even though I requested it well before anything shipped.

Shipping took between 60–90 days; in my case, I received the items just over 60 days after ordering. The quality of the products was absolutely atrocious and nowhere near what was advertised. There is no customer service phone number, so you are forced to deal with everything through a so‑called “live” chat, which is slow, unhelpful, and often evasive.

They do not honor their advertised “30-day returns” policy. I was told that the 30 days started from the date of order placement, not the delivery date, which meant my “return window” had already expired a month before I even received the items. This is completely unacceptable and feels deceptive.

Based on my experience, I will not do business with shopfad.com again. I strongly recommend that others stay away.

couldn't be happier

I recently furnished my new apartment almost entirely through Shopfad, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I was able to quickly curate a wishlist of items that suited my modern, minimalist taste. I placed a fairly large order, including a dining table, chairs, and a media console. The estimated delivery times were clearly stated, and all items arrived within those windows, which I really appreciated. When one of the chairs had a very minor cosmetic issue, I contacted customer support. Not only did they reply within 24 hours, but they were also incredibly polite and immediately offered a partial refund as a solution, which was more than fair. The furniture itself has held up beautifully over the past few months. The construction feels solid, the finishes are smooth, and everything looks even better in person than it did online. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and have already told several friends about them.

Bad business

I’m not sure how this company received good reviews. The customer service is absolutely terrible. You can only contact them via chat and it’s obvious that it’s an automated system. Shipping is terrible as well. I ordered two tables early February and now I’m being told that the “anticipated date” of arrival is April, which is far outside the 26-31 days notated on their website. I will never utilize them again and high recommend anyone else does either.
