Niche Locks Opiniões

Perfect product really well made absolute quality

I have an old cupboard that needed a second key. The locksmith said that it was almost impossible to get old blanks, but if I found one he would cut it. Niche locks have a wide selection of blanks, including old non-standard ones. The locksmith was very surprised that I had found one that fitted. I'm all sorted out now and I am very happy.

I needed help choosing a suitable lock for one missing from a metal tool cabinet. Craig was extremely helpful and the lock purchased was easy to fit.

Very helpful staff and sent out very quickly

I ordered 2 locks on the Tuesday, they arrived the next day. Craig was a star. He answered all my questions and even supplied a photo to show what was included.
I was very impressed with the level of customer care, and I highly recommend Niche Locks. I couldn't recommend them more highly. 10/10.

Fast service and easy to do business with

Niche Locks was my last hope as my two previous attempts to source a particular Legge type lock proved unsuccessful.
I found Niche Locks on an Internet search and messaged them via WhatsApp sending a photo of my old lock including all the measurements for a replacement.
Craig honoured his promise and came up with one particular one which was an exact match but from a different manufacturer.
I duly purchased the lock and in only 3 days, it arrived and had it fitted that very day.
However, there was a slight issue with the faceplate and yet again, Craig had a replacement in the post the same day.
Craig is how Customer Services should be and he is an absolute credit to Niche Locks.
If you want a first class service, look no further. I wholly recommend this excellent company!

I received a very quick response to my query. Craig was very helpful and I was able place an order confident that the product in question would be suitable for my application. I did however have a problem with the online payment system but a pro forma invoice was quickly supplied. The lock was despatched just as soon as payment had been received and arrived quickly. Very good service.
