Placed my order and confirmed the delivery date and time.The delivery guys where absolutely fantastic let me know they where slightly ahead of time,and even though when arrived they couldn’t park near my house it was not a problem.More companies need to employ delivery guys who are so nice friendly and pleasant.Would definitely buy furniture from this company again.

We received our beautiful 8-seater table today, and we couldn’t be happier! The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. It’s incredibly solid, and the attention to detail, especially on the legs, is simply fabulous. You can really see the quality and care that has gone into making it.

The delivery was just as impressive. The delivery team arrived exactly on time, were friendly, professional, and treated our home with great respect throughout.

Unfortunately, after placing my order, three items were out of stock and not expected to be back in stock anytime soon.
Secondly, I thought I had paid for 'White Glove' delivery service, only to retrieve my other purchase from a neighbour, which wasn't ideal.
Having spoken to customer service, I have now found out that I am responsible for paying for the return myself. Having reported the delivery issue, I wasn't even offered a pickup FOC? Disappointed and will remember to check return policies for all companies similar to Nicky Cornell.
