Incredible service by Alex B
Went to Lee Longlands in Bristol after having searched for a few days for a sofa from lots of different stores.
Nowhere else did I meet a salesman as welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable as Alex B.
He went above and beyond to accommodate me and was definitely the difference maker for my decision.

I love my dining table apart from a small chip but a technician has been out today and told me it will be replaced. Excellent customer service. The delivery guys Jay and Carl were very polite and professional. They were very respectful and careful in my kitchen. Lovely guys

James and Carl delivered our corner sofa for us , we were both very impressed with them both, lovely friendly guys and took great care in bringing our sofa our house and putting it together. Thank you both for such a great service. Liesl and Matt Burlington close. Richard who we dealt with us in purchasing our sofa was really nice and helpful.

The delivery drivers Frank and Mark were so very friendly and helpful. My cottage is quirky and deliveries such as this can be troublesome. They worked out the best way to get the settee in without fuss and with a smile on their faces!

Delivery of the new sofas was exemplary. We were given a two hour window which was meticulously met and Adam and Carl installed the order without difficulty and were polite and extremely careful. Lee Longlands have been brilliant
Lee Longlands have been brilliant. From the guy in the Cheltenham branch to the delivery drivers, Nathan and Lee.
I was contacted with a two hour window for delivery. Arrived in the middle of the time slot.
Both guys were polite, efficient and professional. Both were really friendly.
All in all I would recommend Lee Longlands to anybody who asks.

Only downside is that the lead time was slightly longer than anticipated for the sofa, but overall it’s been worth the wait!

Brilliant service from Lee Longlands. Ordered online and communication throughout was excellent. Delivery drivers called in advance to let us know their estimated time of arrival. Frank and Mark were both extremely polite and professional. They carried our new bed up to our third floor, assembled it quickly and efficiently and left everything tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend Lee Longlands!
