Great play, brilliant acting and great ticket service. I had to give back one ticket and the ticket office was very helpful. I also appreciated the fact that you could take your drink into the theatre.

Rebecca is amazing and was super quick to respond to my email to move my tickets to another date.

Had to resell some tickets which was done quickly and efficiently and there was good communication,

Due to the closure of Heathrow my flight to London was cancelled. I advised them I couldn't use my ticket for the evening performance. They immediately refunded me for it, which I was very impressed with.

I had an issue where I had a typo in my email address so my order didn’t come through. The box office was very responsive and rectified this for me in a timely manner.

I booked tickets for a show earlier today and asked for them to be emailed to me. I waited until the end of the day and nothing turned up, not even an acknowledgement. I wasn't sure if I had missed something on the screen where it told me what to expect or if there was a problem so I sent a message to ask. I didn't expect a reply for a few days especially as they are only open until 6pm and it was already 5:55 but I got an immediate reply from a very helpful lady called Rebecca telling me exactly what I wanted to know. What fantastic service.

I had a query about my ticket for a performance at a Nimax Theatre, so emailed their Customer Relations. I immediately received confirmation that my email had been received, and this was followed by a prompt and very helpful response which completely dealt with my query. I could not have wished for better Customer Service.

Having gone down with a sudden serious illness less than 48 hours before the performance that I had a ticket to, I contacted the box office by phone and email. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient regarding my request to resell the ticket, rather than leave an empty seat. I was so pleased to be advised that they did manage to resell, and that the money would be credited to me within a few days. Excellent customer service, and I hope to be well enough again soon to buy another ticket and finally get to see the play! Big thanks to all!
