Really happy experience every month, quality is amazing. Would be even happier if you brought back click and collects
Seems I experienced the same communication issues as others. As a timeline:
08/02 - ordered
11/02 - received
11/02 - I emailed about sizing issues (NO RESPONSE)
16/02 - I sent a query through the contact us section of the website.
18/02 - received confirmation that if I sized down (despite website saying a Small was a 10B equivalent) there would be less material on the cup and shorter straps. In the same email I received the return shipping label.
21/02 - I shipped it for exchange
24/02 - tracking says arrived
03/03 - order updated with the new size and shipped
10/03 - I emailed re its whereabouts as the tracking still said label created by sender (NO RESPONSE)
11/03 - received a new shipping notification with a different tracking number.
16/03 - arrived.
After all of this, the bra is still miles too big. The straps are 10cm longer than my standard 10B bras ( I measured) and the cups have way too much material given the XS should be the equivalent of an A cup. For reference, I am a standard size AU 8 top.
The garter and underwear are passable quality given the price, however I am going to have to reconstruct the straps of the bra for it to be wearable. Literally have to remove the entire adjustable section of the strap and resew the elastic lace part of the strap to the band.
Overall, I guess I got what I paid for in both quality and experience.

THEY NEVER MISS 😍😍 I've never had a subscription or mystery box for clothing or anyhting fashion related and was worried about not knowing what the designs would be. My husband purchased this for my in December and I'm very pleased! The pieces are lovely and comfortable. I really look forward to my deliveries each month and the satin dust bags them come with. I've been collecting them as a makeup bag and in my totes haha
Lovely service and gorgeous sets. ordered on Wednesday and shipped to me same day it arrived the next day. Super happy with my experience ☺️
If you cannot communicate with people spending money on your products your buisness should not be open. This seems to be a running theme, as like others in this thread, I have reached out on multiple platforms as I am moving to another city and did not expect my order to take so long.
This is not a reliable company to purchase from. No product, unless handmade, is worth exorbitant wait times and NO communication.
If other small Australian businesses can ship interstate within their given time frames so can you and Holiday season is not excuse (I ordered from another botique on the same day and got it before new years with standard shipping).
Do better.

i had an issue with sizing and Alexandra immediately got it resolved for me so I could have it on time for my birthday she was so kind and went out of her way to make sure I got my exchange quickly

I took out a monthly subscription in August, for my partner and, whilst the first month arrived on time, each month since has been progressively later. The lingerie is beautiful, but the communication has been terrible. We were notified that the November subscription would be late, but it has happened again this month but with no communication. At least with the November subscription the payment was not processed until they could send out the subscription, but payment was processed on 27/11 for the latest and there has been nothing. I have emailed twice and sent a message through the website and there has still been no reply. If the delivery is going to be late, I would understand if we were notified, but there has been notification and by taking the payment already, only leaves an even more bitter taste in the mouth.

Don’t get me wrong! I love this brand, quality wasn’t the best when I first joined a year ago but now you can clearly see the quality of packaging and lingerie is getting better! However I have had an ordering and purchase problem and have emailed, messaged and even commented on their social media and yet no response? I love this company but if the communication won’t improve it they refuse to help their customers then I will leave. Working in retail service myself this is appalling. (28/11/2025)

I wrote this review not long ago and even though at the time I stood by what I said not long after I got a response and loved it so much! They went over and beyond to help me, and solved the problem so quickly. This company has my biggest respect and I will be resubscribing in the new year. They made it very easy and stress free when they spoke with me, I didn’t even ask for what they provided but they insisted. An amazing company and team. I fully recommend 💗🥹
I needed help with my sizing because I was in between and Sienna from the team was able to help me by sending two sizes for me to try on. I cant wait for my next box!
Unfortunately even though the products look lovely, the quality doesn't match the price. I subscribed to a bi-monthly box, which takes almost a month to arrive. When I emailed to query where my first order was I had no reply, tried on FB and no reply there either! Suddenly it just arrived, so maybe they forgot it? who knows - communication is terrible! Either way cancelled today and will find a better quality and service subscription - sorry can't recommend!

I cancelled my subscription on April 28th because the product takes too long to get to us. Out of no where on 6/27/25 I was charged for monthly box. Keep in mind I had already cancelled and not been back to the site to start a new or resume a subscription. This company will keep all your information on file and surprise charge you. Buyers beware

I have loved my subscription for a long time now I love the variety of styles and the packaging. I wasn't too fond of the May box because there wasn't a garter belt lounge shorts were nice but this was my honeymoon box and I was hoping for something hotter not lounge hoping I can exchange this. I really hope they don't pivot into lounge and stick with lingerie since that's what I joined for.

Update: after a whole month of waiting I have contacted nineteenth avenue multiple times and they have have not provided me one response!
This company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend buying from them!!

Beautiful lingerie I've really loved my subscription the March box was my favourite so far I'm hoping for more in that style. It was so flattering and fit like a glove. The size guide was a little confusing so I had to size down in the bottoms but overall I'm loving it.
My new go to for lingerie! Although the sizing chart was a little confusing I was able to drop off my order and grab my exchange the same day. Loved my items, I do recommend sizing down with the bras the thongs and belts were average/true to size. Will be back for me as im lowkey obsessed however please make the size guide less confusing 😭

Bought some lingerie from this place without realising they're a dropshipper selling products that can be found for $1-$10 on AliExpress.
Absolute rip-off.
