Very detailed and informative survey. Jeremy walked us through the survey the following day and helped us understand all the key points to help us make our decision.

As a first time buyer, the whole process was easy to follow and incredibly transparent from beginning to end, and I was even able to download a sample report that had an explanation of everything that would be covered. Even before I got the survey report Jeremy gave me a call to go over the important stuff and give more context to the report to come. When I got the report it was detailed with photos and clear next steps. Couldn't have wished for better service or a better survey!

I instructed NiSurv to carry out a Level 2 Home Survey and valuation. Immediately after I sent my initial inquiry, Jeremy spent time taking me through in detail what the survey would involve and what the report would contain.

Jeremy then gave me a date for the survey and he arrived on time on the day. Jeremy carried out the survey and was able to provide the report on the same day. The report is very well prepared and includes exactly the information and detail I was looking for.
