Very prompt and efficient service
Reached out to Nigel after reading customer reviews.
He was easy to talk to and explained that our satelite dish needed fine tuning.
He set a date and time and gave me a quote I was very happy with.
On the day of the appointment he called me 30 minutes prior to confirm it was still OK to come over.
He arrived promptly and resolved the issue with the dish and refitted a bad connection for the price quoted.
All my free view channels are now accessible.
Excellent service; I would highly recommend his services.

Satellite dish removal
Responded quickly to an email enquiry to remove a satellite dish and managed to fit me in next day! Nigel took the time to route cables and ensure there was no loss of service to my immediate neighbours. Very knowledgeable and obliging, highly recommended.

Outstanding professional service.
We used NK Digital Installations for the very first time today and were so impressed with the truly excellent service we received from Nigel - from the initial email contact I up to today’s visit.
Nigel immediately put on overshoes as soon as he came into the house, which is a mighty big plus point in my eyes and is so professional and respectful of a customer’s home.
The way things should be done but sadly isn’t the case very often anymore.
Nigel discussed all the options that were available to us with no pushy pressure whatsoever. He was able to fit plastic ‘bird spikes’ to our existing aerial immediately- no having to arrange another visit to do the work.
I can recommend him 100% and if we need anything else will not hesitate to contact him.

Nigel was the ultimate professional. He was at my elderly father-in-laws house the same day and was courteous throughout keeping me updated as to the diagnosis. A new Ariel fitted with no fuss and thorough testing before removing old aerial and leaving no mess. Great price for first class service. Thank you.

Replacement TV aerial fitted quickly
Very happy with the work done by Nigel. He was available to fit the new TV aerial very quickly after I got into contact with him. He was knowledgeable, tidy and I was happy with the price. It’s good to have all the TV channels working again!

Nigel replied to my query very quickly and visited the next morning as agread.
He gave me various options and did the work quickly and to a high standard on a very high , difficult roof of a grade 2 listed building.
The aerial looks good and works perfectly.

Excellent service all round. Nigel arrived on time and was totally professional in his assessment of what was required to wall mount the Samsung TV. He carried out the fitting to a high standard and my wife and I were totally delighted with the results.
