Glass was completely streak-free… such a good job!

I am getting very fed up of this company. We had a previous window cleaner who were fantastic, however they were then taken over by nn cleaning and it’s terrible. They turn up whenever they want and claim that our windows have been booked for cleaning without prior notice. They turned up in April and then they turned up today, that’s 15 weeks in between!! Both times didn’t work for us. We ended up getting a different cleaner because our windows looked awful, and the guy who turned up this morning said “they don’t look like they’ve been cleaned” when they had literally been cleaned 3 days ago, which is so incredibly rude! We’ve tried calling them several times, we’ve given our number to the cleaners, we’ve asked them to let head office know that we aren’t getting any notice. I know they have my number on the system because they text me to say they became our new cleaning company. They are so poorly managed, lack any type of communication, hire rude cleaners, and are a complete waste of time. And if I’m honest, even if they did do a better clean I wouldn’t use them purely because the cleaner was rude. Go find an independent cleaner who will value the work more and have better manners.

I had a really positive experience. The company were flexible, friendly, professional, and their communication was excellent. When I couldn't make my original appointment, it was quick and easy to rearrange they sent a text reminder the day before the new appointment, which was really helpful. The person who carried out the work was friendly, polite and did a thorough job.

Payment was very convenient too. You can pay at the door, or use the bank details on the leaflet they leave, or via Apple Pay, which made everything straightforward.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again ( reasonable price).

Our window cleaning service used to be fantastic but since being taken over by Nncleaning the service, quality of clean and attitude has dropped off a cliff. We do not get prior notification of the visit. We have dogs at the various properties and the gates are often left open. The cleaning is not as good as it used to be and windowsills are not touch. They used to be wiped with a cloth. One of our tenants was so disappointed they asked us to stop the service. Even on these reviews they seem to have a standard stock reply to everyone. We called their office, they was defensive saying they did call and leave a message to say they was visiting but clearly they did not, my phone and voicemail works perfectly well for everyone else.
All in all very disappointed.

I was happy enough with my window cleaning before NN took over but I have to say, I’m not happy, I’m delighted. He most definitely cleaned all my windows and doors to a very high standard, would recommend NN to anyone who needs a window cleaner

Called to cancel as I had to go out.. the window cleaner still turned up.. cleaned my window on the ground floor and left the top ones filthy with cobwebs over them.
Then left a card charging half of the price as the couldn’t get to the back garden!

There were a large number of windows to clean (Dame Alice Court), and I am very satisfied with the standard of work completed. The windows were left clean and streak-free, and the window cleaners were polite, professional, and accommodating throughout.

I have also received several compliments from residents, who commented that the windows were cleaned to a very good standard.

Sam the window cleaner did a first rate job cleaning windows and wiping sills and doors on completion.

A representative came to my door canvassing for new customers, and we signed up. We were then told someone would come to our house on Friday 26th to carry out the work and collect payment.

Unfortunately, someone stayed in all day specifically to be there for the appointment, but nobody turned up. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive a phone call, text, or any explanation. Being left waiting all day without any communication is extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. First impressions count, and this experience has not inspired any confidence in the company.

My husband booked NN cleaning team. they came over to clean the windows yesterday. They spent 20 mins here and didn't even wash the windows with soap, just did a quick scrub of water and left the windows soaking wet with water stains, it may as well just have rained.

Dishonest canvasser,advised there was no commitment of a window cleaning contract then sent one through with a minimum 2 cleans commitment.
Failed to attend first visit without communication then attempted to attend the next day without notice.
