Erkals nailed the custom ring, honestly perfect.

Vorsicht !!!! Dies ist ein Betrüger der Schmuck ist nicht echt! Den Schmuck soll man auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden, obwohl es sich um Fake handelt einfach unverschämt! Ich habe den ladybug Anhänger direkt bei van Cleef anschauen lassen, es ist komplett alles Fake, es ist kein pures Gold sondern nur vergoldet, der Anhänger ist viel zu leicht, die Nummer ist nicht hinterlegt und den Anhänger gibt es erst seit 2023. Ich habe den Verkäufer bei van Cleef angezeigt.

Bought several pieces from Erkal's, unfortunately a bracelet from Van Cleef came back as not authentic.

I sent the item back on the 7th and had my refund processed on the 23rd of April.

Thought I’d not listen to the one star reviews and give Erkals a chance.

Unfortunately, I should not have done this as the love necklace I purchased seems to be counterfeit. The biggest giveaway is the Cartier certificate not matching the engraving on the necklace clasp. The date on this certificate, like others have mentioned is in 2020. Perhaps it’s just a coincidence though.

I also compared the certificate and box to my genuine Cartier certificates and boxes from when I purchased in cartiers boutiques and the font, colour and orientation is completely off. I think they need to take more time authenticating items.

ERKAL has been in touch, offered a refund and apologised. The company sent me a returns label which I used to return the item. My refund was processed promptly following them receiving my return.

Despite the product not being as described, the service was quite
efficient and I do wish this business the best going forward.

Beware of scammer!
Bought a number of pieces of jewellery never received a order confirmation or details of order placed.
When order was received the quality was questionable so I tried to make a return. There has been no response to any of my attempts to make contact. Social media appears to be faked as well.
Very disappointing.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I was sold a Cartier ring that was fake, not only was the box and certification fake but the ring serial number ( confirmed by Cartier) didn’t show on their system which they also confirmed as fake, only benefit was that is was gold, not only that, they sent me the wrong size which again, was another red flag. They sent threatening emails when I escalated the issue through the bank as they did not respond to my initial email or WhatsApp. They never apologised for the inconvenience they have caused me, or the money I lost by sending the ring back at my own expense. I’m pretty sure they will send me more threats on emails off the back of this review which I will submit to trading standards body. I even sent back the ring at my own cost, which they have said in their refund policy they would cover, they did not, please stay away from this company, save your money and buy the real thing from the boutiques. The bank sided in my favour which shows how much evidence I submitted.

Bought a bracelet from them and a gem fell out within a week and when I contacted them I heard absolutely nothing back.

Update, they have now contacted me anlfter reading the review and have accepted to repair the bracelet and apologised.

Once I have received the bracelet back I will re look at my review again.

They have now repaired the bracelet and sent it back looking good as new! After the initial lack of communication things have improved!

I’ve just purchased a Cartier love ring and a Rolex datejust 41 I can’t speak highly enough of the company and the condition of them both are amazing. Highly recommended

Bought 3 VCA items and all of them are FAKE. They refuse refund. Have to contact the bank to dispute the transactions. It's still working in progress. Avoid this merchant. Please respond to my email. Refund me.

Fake van cleef and arpels bracelet.

I recently purchased a van cleef bracelet from these people and found it was 100% a fake when I received it after it looked suspicious I got it authenticated. They argued for weeks before agreeing to give me a refund but after returning the item they would only reply through messenger rather than the official return request emails even though I asked them to use the correct channels and process the refund. In the end I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund because even though they had received and signed for the returned item they wouldn’t complete an official return/refund request.

So disappointing that they are knowingly selling counterfeit items and refusing to take responsibility.

Sent an offer for Cartier earrings, which they accepted the offer after 10 minutes. Went to use the discount code provided in the acceptance email, and it only took off a few hundred dollars (NOT WHAT I OFFERED). When I contacted the company, they refused to uphold their acceptance, telling me to refer to their 'policies'. After informing them I no longer want to continue business with them, they had the audacity to send me a follow-up email saying they can no longer give me the price THEY accepted. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SKETCHY COMPANY, they do not send you photos of certification either, which also adds to the sketchiness.

J’étais prête à acheter un bracelet van cleef, ils ont répondu à mes mails, accepté, mon offre et lorsque j’ai demandé des informations plus précises et des photos du numéro de série, de la marque etc…etc…je n’ai plus du tout eu de réponse malgré mes relances Je pense avoir évité le pire en achetant ce bracelet j’ai un gros doute sur l’authenticité du bijoux sinon pourquoi je n’ai plus de réponses ??

Items. I know that they’ve refunded each time but I didn’t want to potentially go through that. I was told the item was from a good client who has a good relationship with VCA in Paris, so there’s a good chance it was authentic, but I just couldn’t take that risk at this time. I voiced my concerns and while Erkal tried to assure me that they’ve taken new measures to protect against counterfeit items, he also offered me the option to cancel my order. I have to say I really appreciated that. Most places take your money and don’t care if you’re happy or not (I’ve dealt with a place like that). The communication and customer service via email and WhatsApp is incredible. I did ask for a screenshot of the serial number being accepted under my creations on the van cleef website (for some reason I don’t have the option to check that-I’m in Canada I’m not sure if that’s why) but it was a Friday night and they were unable to help me with that until Monday. I did not want to sit with the anxiety all weekend wondering if I purchased a counterfeit item. Erkal knew I was apprehensive and allowed me to (and offered) cancel my order. I texted first thing Monday morning and he did cancel it right away, If I had irrefutable proof of authenticity I would likely buy from them in the future. Customer service is great (the only thing I would change is that if it were me I would have gone the extra mile and input the serial number into my creations on the weekend…had I (as the customer)seen that I would have been placated and been happy with my order and they would have kept the sale and made me feel better about it. I know it was the weekend and an evening but I’m just saying they would have kept my business on that item had they gone the extra mile to input that information and send me a screenshot…they do go the extra mile in their communication though so I will give them credit for that). I can’t speak
to the product but definitely give them credit for their customer service.

I bought some Van Cleef & Arpels earrings from Erkals as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend. The product is absolutely fine, I wouldn’t listen to the one star reviews. Things happen but it’s how it’s resolved afterwards which matters.

There was one little hiccup but nothing to be concerned about. They had the issue resolved quicker than any company I have ever dealt with. Would 100% recommend this jewellers and would be more than happy to purchase through them in the future.

Their VCA items are fake, I tried to sell mine on eBay and failed verification. Do not trust this company.

Erkals has recently demonstrated exceptional dedication in resolving a recent issue. I fully acknowledge that there was a miscommunication, which led to disappointment on both sides. However, I sincerely appreciate their efforts in providing outstanding customer service and rectifying the situation in a positive manner.. Thank you so much !
