1st let me say How highly disappointed I am with Noggins. I 1st saw this presentation for hat on SHARK TANK. how excited I was to purchase my hat due being a BIG EAGLES FAN from NFL. I've been in via email w/ company in which number one, you can not call if it is a problem w/ merchandise
Two, How offensive this is as a customer to not be given adequate communication to resolve this issue. Which let me go in detail. I purchased this product to where for playoffs which is the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP this Sunday! The noggin sticker that the place on the hat to let all know ow this is from Noggin whell I went to remove sticker so I can wear it and right where sticker is there a white sticky residue that will not come off. NOGGIN suggested via email that I use a cloth warm that it to wipe off, I did just that and white sticky marks won't budge. By the way did I mention I paid 129.00 for this sticky mess. Totally unacceptable. So I am telling all try to purchase this black hat DON'T DO IT, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Noggin lack customer service and obvious that's why I can only via email and they respond e-mail. I would suggest you search other store that will give you the same hat and the best part they will speak directly with you on the phone. Now I have to purchase a whole new hat or wear the hat with the Noggins sticker on it to cover Defect! Once again please do not patronize this company. They are HORRIBLE!
Very poor app design on Roku TV. It frequently crashes and takes my kids back to the Roku Home screen. There is no way to see where you left off when working your way through a series so you have to guess or start episodes one at a time until you find one the kids haven't seen yet. Needs a lot of work to be competitive with the likes of Netflix, Amazon, Boomerang, etc.
