A Happy experience.

Great experience
I seen the Mercedes i purchased on auto trader and decided to pop by without arranging as i was in the area. I was greeted by Gus who explained the car was at one of the workshops but kindly went of and brought the car to the showroom for me to look at and test drive. Gus made the sale very easy and was never pushy, he explained about the warranty and other options. They managed to get the cars mot and other bits done within a few days. Overall it was an easy and comfortable experience and i would highly recommend Norman motors

Really good experience, great cars and friendly staff.
This is the second time I have purchased a car through Norman Motors and both times it has been a friendly, reassuring experience. Gus was professional and helpful, and the experience was smooth, transparent and I felt like I could trust them. All round 5 stars!

Excellent Service from start to finish.
After saving long and hard to buy our first 'decent' car, we chose to buy a nice Ford Puma from Norman Motors at Wallisdown in Bournemouth, , we were a bit nervous about the whole thing but needn't of been as our salesman Jonathan was polite friendly informative and knowledgeable, putting us at ease and helping us through the process. The car was immaculate and even went through a rigorous checking system before we picked it up.
Jonathan also was kind enough to help sort out the road tax and the change over of our number plates , which was very helpful indeed.
I would highly recommend Norman Motors to anyone looking to buy there next car.

What a great company to deal with
What a great company to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are so customer focused. A great selection of quality cars with no pressure from the sales team.Best car buying experience ever and would highly recommend Norman Motors . I wouldn't go anywhere else to choose a car now.

Excellent service from Jonathan Stevens, who spent months seeking a 2022 BMW X1 matching our preferences. The result was the very car we wanted so could not wish for better. Car buying was easy - website is clear and accurate - Norman Motors come across as honest and trustworthy and aware and therefore careful to maintain their good reputation. Gus was a good salesperson - not pushy, did what he said he would do and was pleasant to deal with. FWIW a 4 star review is very good from me!

Honest kind and trustworthy
When I first spoke to Norman motors enquiring about the black sparkly Jeep Gus was friendly and informative .. he had already spoken to my son Ben enquiring on my behalf of which I hadn’t realised .. I was SO delighted to have at last found this two year old Jeep not too far away . I went along the following week to look and test drive this automatic vehicle and loved it immediately .. Ben was very helpful and patient on my test drive as it was 30 years since driving an auto .. he said I did very well ! I sat with Gus who explained everything beautifully and clearly with a warm cheery smile ( love that ) and decided to buy it there and then .. also paying for some extras . It needed a couple of bits doing of which Gus explained and it took a bit longer than expected so Norman Motors very kindly delivered it to my home in Southsea by a delightful guy called Tim . Gus you were a gem and delightful and being very patient with my following phone calls !!
