This was the third time using northamericaHVAC and have had not one issue with them. This time Friday I ordered a pool pump from them and it has arrived today Sunday. I will highly recommend this company and continue to use them in the future. Great company fast delivery.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a control board for my a.c unit over 9 days ago on Amazon and the item never shipped.
Amazon themselves also emailed me regarding the unshipped item and asked me to reach out to the seller, when I reached out the told me that they item is out of stock and had two options with them, which were to get a similar item that is not in good condition with scratches and marks on the item or to just cancel and get a refund. The company never attempted to contact me at the item was not in stock and the also told me that it had nothing to do with them and to have a good day. The customer service is soo bad I please urge people to not deal with this company just terrible.

Ordered a circuit board & paid for two day shipping. the part arrived broken in half. They agreed to replace the board, be would not overnight the replacement or refund the 2 day shipping cost - even though i was now waiting 5 days for a functional part. Several emails trying to get this resolved, which they ended by saying "If you are unhappy with the decision we have made going further with your replacement, you are welcome to refuse the delivery". Clearly customer service and repeat business is not a a priority for North American HVAC.

company seems to be a scam. Paid extra for expedited shipping and didn't even receive the product but took all my money. As seen in all the other reviews this seems to be a common scam with this company

Be prepared or pay shipping both ways. Also be prepared for them to damage their part just so they dont have to give you a full refund. They scratched terminals just to say it was installed, I have pictures of those same terminals before it was sent back with no markings on them. Don't make the same mistake and do business with them, you won't get your money back.

Absolutely no customer service to be had. They tried brushing off my questions with "I dont think you need the information" responses, refused to give names or escalate my concerns. They want 200 bucks and won't even give a name or help clarify information about a product theyre selling.

Paid over $100 for "1-Day Shipping" and when it took 4 days to receive item they basically said "not our problem". Absolute scam. They are slimy business people and their customer service gives zero cares! Do not use this company.

Never will I use this company again.
Absolutely the worst and not even "deserving" of a one star rating.
Do not use NorthAmericaHVAC unless what you really want for your money is frustration, no service, and--very important to anyone who is actually expecting to receive a needed AC part, with an expected delivery-- not getting what you have ordered and paid for.

I ordered a blower motor that they said would work with my unit. But when I got it and plugged it in, it wouldn't even spin. I sent it back but they only reimbursed me 50% plus I had to pay for shipping both ways! They are not honest! Plus, they're very rude people. And definitely not followers of Christ. Do not be fooled by this bunch!

Ordered a blower motor from them. Showed delivered but was never received. They didn't require any proof of delivery for a $500 part. Customer service basically said sorry bout your bad luck. This experience with North America HVAC cost me $505

The staff at North America HVAC were knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us choose the correct replacement control board for our older heat pump. My husband installed it himself and fixed the unit, saving us potentially a large repair bill. Highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning parts and advice!

Purchased a Climatek condenser fan motor from northamericahvac store on Amazon. Item had a tag with a QR code for instructions which went to northamericahvac.com That site showed the same item for $50 less directly from them. They can be contacted only thru text messages. They said it's not their problem If I bought the motor from a competitor and paid $50 too much. "But it's YOUR STORE on Amazon!" I typed. They said "No it's not. Absolutely not. Have a good day." Then they blocked me from sending any more text messages.

Bought a SV9501 Gas Smart Valve and it was defective. would not open. wasted my time installing it and uninstalling it.

I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from North America HVAC. I bought a pond pump from them on Amazon, which failed in less than a year—well within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Unfortunately, the manufacturer requires the original seller to initiate the warranty claim, but North America HVAC flat-out refused to assist. They told me they were not obligated to file the claim, effectively leaving me with a defective product and no warranty support.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. A reputable seller should stand behind the products they sell and at the very least help customers navigate warranty claims. Instead, North America HVAC washed their hands of the issue the moment a problem arose.

If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I recommend steering clear of this company. There are plenty of sellers who actually care about their customers—North America HVAC is not one of them.

An update on the below review.
Since this company would not help me I got my credit card company involved. They sent a message to North American HVAC and since N. American did not respond I got the $300. taken off my credit card bill.
My advice NEVER BUY anything from this bad company. I hope they go bankrupt they are so bad.
I was thinking in one post one person bought a defective inducer fan and returned to.... could it be they sent me that defective motor. Wouldn't doubt it.
They are very bad.

I left a message and told them the inducer fan would not turn on a $300 item. It's defective. They would not take it back. All they would have to do is notify the manufacturer and get a credit. They don't even take phone calls.
On their website they call themselves Seventh Day Adventist , what kind of a Christian does this to customers.
They are terrible people .

I bought a new motor from this place, and when I took it out of the mangled box it was shipped in I knew it was used and had been installed before. I overlooked that,installed it anyway, and yes it ran for 5 seconds and stopped. Between having to return to install another part from another vendor and then driving the 5 hour round trip to transport the used/defective part to a shipper to return it-they wouldn't even pay for return shipping. I wasted a lot of time with this business because they sell used/defective parts.

Amanda is absolutely horrible and lies. Charged 74 for NDA and get early now lost a day and she is horrible employee to represent a company liying saying it only says one day shipping. Now I see why 1 star review for 37 reviews. All I asked was refund vs 2day too.

I bought a blower motor, capacitor and control board from this company back in March of 2025. I saw the warranty was 1 year on parts. It is JULY and the part has had intermittent issues since receiving it. I purchased a new blower motor from another company on the 12th and it will be here today the 15th. I reached out to North America HVAC to have a refund for the defective part at which time they informed me I had to pay for shipping to return the defective part and since the new part was not ordered from them they would only send a replacement part and not issue a refund. The customer service is only done via chat, text or email they don't not have any one you can call and speak to nor will they let you speak to upper management (CEO, owner, etc) They are forcing you to continue to be a customer and continue to do business with them all while sending defective, below par equipment. The equipment they sent (blower motor) has been going out periodically on overload and causing the system to freeze up since being installed by a service professional. I would not ever recommend doing business with this company. They try to hold you/your money hostage so to speak send us the defective part back at the customers expense then we will send you a replacement part (that may or may not work) or after sending the defective part back at customer expense you must purchase a new part from them and show proof to get money refunded.

Do Not Buy from this website. They will mix up the part numbers and send the wrong items. Then argue with you and make you pay the 20% restocking fee. This is how they make there money while wasting everyone's time.

I wish I had looked at their reviews before purchasing. Worse than a 1 star. Customer service (Amanda) was awful. Insisted I was sent the correct part, despite sending her visual pictures of what their website displayed and what was sent. Was able to return, but 20% restocking fee even though it was clearly their fault. Will never ever purchase again and I truly hope they go out of business with this sort of customer service and fraudulent website practices.
