We have had a consistently positive experience with Northgate Vehicle Hire. The service provided by the Blaydon branch team has been reliable, professional, and responsive. Staff are always helpful and communicate clearly. Any issues are dealt with quickly, and where necessary, replacement vehicles are provided to minimise downtime. The workshop team do a great job of keeping vehicles road ready, which is essential for our operations. Overall, Northgate offer a dependable service with a strong customer focus, making them a reliable partner for business and fleet vehicle hire.

Great service
My work van has been in and out of the garage over the last two months and thanks to Jules and Irene, it has been bearable. They’re both great to have a laugh with and do their job with a big smile on their faces. Can’t fault the front of house team!

I was at the blaydon site today 21 October, getting the van sorted,a couple of crossed wires with the third party,Not northgates fault,these guys sorted it all out for me,from bobby and all the other guys so helpful,

Had trouble with my van came into northgate blaydon, jules and Irene on the front desk were helpful and friendly as they always are, van was sorted , while I had a cuppa and a biscuit , excellent service, blaydon branch always a pleasure.

After experiencing communication…
After experiencing communication challenges and setbacks, Bobby and his team—particularly Liam, who went above and beyond by canceling his Friday night and Saturday plans to drive a minibus from Gateshead to Wales—demonstrated exceptional dedication. Their efforts went far beyond their usual responsibilities, especially considering that the real shortcomings came from individuals at a higher level.
A special thank you to Northgate in Blaydon for stepping in at the last minute on a Friday and Saturday. Your support was truly appreciated.
