Customer service was amazing popped in on the off chance they would be able to have a Quick Look and book the van in for a later day. The team managed to squeeze the van in and change the adblue injector while I waited

I had a pleasant experience at Northgate Dartford all because of the customer service I received. Georgia was amazing very professional and pre-emptively informed which made the transaction fluid and flexible. On top of that she offered me a bevvy! 10/10

Took my works van in at Northgate…
Took my works van in at Northgate request for a brake and fluid check as it regularly does 1500 miles a week.
Great service
The staff are very friendly and approachable,it is a shame that they only do commercial hire here, the private hire companies that exist could learn alot from this slick, courteous operation who prioritise customer satisfaction as well as professional work ethic.
