The team at Northgate in Glasgow are great, always willing to help and make sure our vehicles are on the road in perfect condition. We only operate a small fleet at the moment, but that hasn't affected the level of service we get, fitting us in at the last minute and even helping us out with cross-hired vehicles. Having a direct point of contact with Lauren just makes the Customer Service experience even easier and better!

Team members at the branch have… Always been brilliant
Team members at the branch have excellent customer service skills, especially Lauren and Amber. Drivers are also great! Comminucation from team about varoius vehicles we lease is prompt and they will follow up by phone if they think you may have have missed an e-mail!!
Great service all round! Just wish the branch was a bit nearer to us.

Positive customer experience
I dealt predominantly with Amber and Lauren, both of whom were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and chatty which made the whole customer service experience very pleasant. The van was great for what we needed it for and there were no issues at collection or drop off.

Lauren on front desk is credit to your company.
Lauren on front desk is hands down the best customer service I've ever had. I am in often dealing with fleet things for my work and she always goes above and beyond to help me. The guys who move/check the vehicles are great too.

Good service overall
We’ve built a really good relationship with Northgate Glasgow Branch. Lauren, Amber, Yvonne and Nick in the branch are always helpful and responsive, and JP and the workshop team are great at getting things turned around and keeping our guys on the road.
They’ve also been great at sourcing specialist vehicles, including Luton vans, at short notice when we’ve needed them.
Megan and Lynda in the wider fleet compliance team are always helpful with service scheduling and the other fleet requirements, while Jordan, Ross and the account team are approachable and proactive whenever we need something looked into.
Like everywhere, we’ve had the odd issue, but the people we deal with genuinely make the difference and will always try to get things sorted.
Overall, a great team and a relationship we really value.
