Phenomenal customer service,highly recommend Northgate fleet hire services Huddersfield Branch.. they went above & beyond, nothing too much trouble whatsoever.. starting with the 2 delivery drivers who dropped off the car to my home awesome fellas… please convey my appreciation & gratitude to them both… the company i’ve never used before however i will be doing moving forward + recommending them to family & friends.
They liaised with me, assisted me further when i needed help… i offered to drop the vehicle back to them this morning met by a lovely chap whom i’d spoken to on the phone thank you kindly for the 23plate black Corsa thru Darwin. 🙏

Great set of guys at the Huddersfield…
Great set of guys at the Huddersfield branch. Polite and can’t do enough for you. Mo and Umer on reception managed to jiggle some things around for me so I could get my van back sooner with being on nights that same evening. Geoff who worked on the van went the extra mile and also jiggled his schedule to get me back on the road sooner than expected. Pleasure to deal with the Huddersfield branch and staff, thanks again.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Northgate Vehicle Hire in Huddersfield and felt it was well worth sharing.
From the moment I walked in, the two gentlemen at reception made a lasting impression. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you hope for when arriving somewhere that could otherwise feel transactional. Their professionalism was matched by a warm, approachable attitude that immediately put me at ease
They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service that feels both efficient and personal, but they struck that balance perfectly.
As for the vehicle hire itself, the range available is excellent. Whether you need a small van, a larger commercial vehicle, or anything in between, they seem to have it covered. It’s reassuring to know that whatever your requirement, Northgate Huddersfield can accommodate it.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough. If you’re in need of any kind of vehicle, do yourself a favour and head to Northgate Vehicle Hire in Huddersfield. Absolutely fantastic service from start

We have used Huddersfield Northfield for the last three years and cant speak highly enough, Chris is amazing and fair, Omar always on standby to help with queries, and Ashleigh is a great Manager always saying hi with a smile.

Northgate have been fantastic
Northgate have been fantastic! We are a local children’s hospice and have been carrying out our annual Christmas tree collections.
They’ve been so accommodating supplying us with 8 vans and the customer service is brilliant!

Our hire van had a warning light on they booked us in straight away and when they couldn't fix it on the day they provided us with a replacement with no fuss.

Dropped van in for recall, they done not whilst it was in too save me coming back, bit of issue with loan van however umer couldn’t do anything more too help get me into a another van straight away, even gave me a brand new one due too the issue with the old one👍🏼👍🏼
