Since you have a branch in the highlands now I have found this so useful…using third parties and having uncertainty as to where my van was going before was not ideal but the Inverness branch are brill... Ver mais

Dropped van of as there was an issue with it. They managed to fix it within a hour or so. Great service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I came in without an appointment and they had no issues with helping me. A very pleasant experience .

Good service and staff
As a fairly new customer to Northgate I wanted to share my experiences so far. The local branch to me Inverness has been great providing me a fantastic service each time I visit with one of my vans. Lee the general manager is very helpful and has ensured that we always have a positive experience.

I had my van in for a service recently at North gate Inverness and was impressed with all aspects.
Great communication from the staff and it all went without a hitch.

Routine maintenance...
On attending the branch for routine maintenance on my vehicle it was very clear that everyone has a part to play. I was kept informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout. Very friendly and polite staff.
