Had 9 Trackers to fit here in Leeds and the staff went beyond there duties to make sure the vans were ready on site and I was able to work on them in plenty of space.
Was a refreshing change.

The staff members were all extremely polite and professional. The whole process was very quick with no issues at all. The van we hired was exactly what we required to get the job done. Overall I am extremely impressed with the service and staff .

Excellent Service
Just wated to call out the excellent service from Ste and Duncan at Northgate Leeds. I needed a car very quickly for a week which they were able to provide, but even better than that, I needed it the following week as well but only told them on Friday. Great Customer Service.

Brought my van in to sort out a knocking noise and the girls and Paul were very helpful when Paul noticed it was a 67 plate he arranged for me to be changed over to a 73 plate so I left there very happy

Hired a van for a few days Julie on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable no problems at all and when I brought it back it went smoothly and the deposit went back into my bank within 2 days great service

Appalling company
Appalling company. Left hand has no clue what the right is doing. From the call centre to the branches you get fed BS!
Trying to get an appointment is worse than getting in to the Doctors!
Would not recommend this as a place to use to my worst enemy
This is not the first time I've fallen foul of the incompetence

Had a breakdown and was recovered to leeds. Even before we arrived at Leeds Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained all the steps involved and continued to be helpful and cheerful once we got to her depot . As was the young blonde girl (who's name I didn't get) . Both of whom outshine other customer service agents we tend to have to deal with
