Terrible cheap looking product

Terrible cheap looking product! Certainly not as advertised and spent $85 on a beer mug, when I could of bought something similar at the cheap shop for $5. Was supposed to be a xmas presents, but going in the bin as too embarrassing to gift.

Customer service is wonderful

Customer service is wonderful. Quick to respond and very friendly. I haven't received the products yet but, I would recommend because the products look good and because the customer service is amazing. Congrats guys!

Not quality, Poor shipping, Disputed to get product.

We ordered 3 rings in March 2020 with the understand that due to Covid-19, orders might be delayed for 30 business days.
4 months later, we did not receive our rings. Customer service continually delayed and told us they were "in transit" but the tracking showed that was a lie.
Finally, after unsuccessfully trying to find a resolution, we contacted our financial institution and disputed the charges. Miraculously, our order (now 5 months late) suddenly started moving.
We received the rings and they had a plastic feel to them. Immediately went in the trash.

Not as described

Shipping time was fantastic took less than expected.
Now I ordered 2 skull rings and both quality of product are not what is described on their website. The details are not there comparing to pictures on website.
But still a decent quality of rings.

Got Bought two bracelets for my…

Got Bought two bracelets for my birthday that took an age to arrive. Both defective, my partner emailed 6 weeks ago and I have since emailed twice with zero response. I'd avoid buying anything if you want any form of after sales care !!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Purchased 2 bracelets online. Received a 6 weeks later, slow shipping due to covid19 issues. Each were of good quality, unfortunately both wrong size. Since June 1st I have sent numerous emails requiring assistance regarding how to exchange return items for the correct size. Auto generated emails received back immediately with case file codes with customer service saying it usually takes 1-2 days to get back to customer, yet due to high demand it may take longer and to be patient. It has been almost a month now and still have heard nothing back, my patience has worn thin. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I will not be purchasing or recommending Northwist Company to anyone. Be VERY CAUTIOUS when considering ordering any items from Northwrist.

My bracelet is defective

My bracelet is defective. I was told I would receive a code to get another one, and get that code just never came. Micalea never got back to me, and still hasnt responded to my follow up emails. Beyond disappointed and wish I would have gone somewhere else. Total waste of 30.00. Honestly mind blown of the neglect of a first time buyer.

If I could put no stars I would or even negative stars , for anyone thinking about buying from this company DONT. IF there is any good reviews for this company it is because they put it there. There customer service is terrible, TWO MONTHS GONE BY AND I GOT NOTHING. They told me they were going to give me 50 percent back but never did. Witch was bull to begin with because I never got anything from nortwrist. HONESTLY PEOPLE FO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM ANYONE ELSE

Really incredible product quality

Really incredible product quality. I mostly order rings and they are all very durable. The customer service is also exceptional with immediate responses via email and consistent updates to tracking my package.
