I ordered a pendant for $30 on February…
I ordered a pendant for $30 on February 22 and as of April 12 I still haven’t received it. Customer service response to the delays when I complain seem to be quick and positive but I consistently get no results and have gone months at this point just trying to receive what I ordered. Very disappointed.

interesting designs and reasonably priced
most sites tend to rip off each other’s designs but Northwrist seems to be genuinely original and their prices are quite fair for what the goods they peddle

Junk - avoid
Their customer service is good...takes ages for the product to arrive though mind you. Their product is absolute low grade garbage . Bought 3 rings off these guys; one was a brushed black titanium ring....the brushed back wore off the palm side of the finger in.....about an hour. The upper edge had silver shining through the black in about the same length of time...in that time I was on my iPad or making a coffee I.e nothing that one would except to cause a ring to degrade like it had. The second was also a different shaped ring..yep same thing . The third ring...looked great on their website...arrive looking like cheap chrome. I did email them and told them that their product was junk and would right a review on Facebook where I originally seen their product...guess what? For some reason I can’t write any comments on their page....wonder if that’s a reason why you don’t see negative reviews on their Facebook page
