My experience with Northwrist was excellent. Great items at a very reasonable price. Personally I was searching for a ring I had seen at a different store that had been discontinued and BAM! There it is at Northwrist! And cheaper too. I will definitely recommend Northwrist to my friends and family

So far,so good. I can only rate ordering procedure so far. I only placed my order 2 days ago. The process was easy. I received confirmation of my order within 2 hours. I have received correspondence from them twice so far.

It's been a month and my order still hasn't shipped. Hardly what I'd call great customer service. They offered me a discount on my next order. At this rate I'm unlikely to order again so I asked about a discount on this order. They ignored my email.

Almost lost me
When I saw the koi ring I thought it was perfect for me, I am a Pisces and I guess y’all got me with some algorithm. I had some difficulty getting through the purchase, it came up with two rings and I only wanted the one. Backing out of that was a pain, but the order went through.
