Im Daniel deamer Didnt get rhe name of the solicitor but eh doesn’t matter she was absolutely amazing didnt get my case due to fact they didn’t do it but either way what to expect with the police they reassured me with some things but if I’m after legal advise I’ll 100% use these guys again

I felt Norton Peskett's service was shoddy and overpriced.
They missed a signature point on an important contract and the other side's solicitor had to send the contract back. I had to drive 20 miles back to their Halesworth office just to resign the missed signature. Annoying and thus cost money and time for me and the other side. No apology or discount received

I recently used this Company in the Beccles branch. I'm very happy with the service. Very happy with my outcome. Will definitely be using this company again.

I merely phoned up for some advice regarding the process in which the court have handled my case. I presented my argument to one of their Family Law solicitors Kelly Church, having been passed onto her from the receptionist, She has then proceeded to reffer to my opinion on the matter as a conspiracy. I find it utterly appauling that somebody with this supposed knowledge of the law can be so ignorant in their wording and so dismissive in the process in which the courts have/are handling my case. Very unprofessional.

Simple Sect 23 Court action. Refused to give estimate of costs; sending seven letters stating their hourly rates! Took twice as long as normal and cost twice as much! Not Happy with the service at the Lowestoft Branch. My formal complaint was dismissed as normal service. Wish I had gone to another solicitor!

Extremely poor service received when putting faith and hope in the hands of their solicitor dealing with family law. Probably wrong to name the lady on here but we feel that she completely let us down at a very difficult time.
However, should you be fortunate enough to be a client of Alex Stephenson then you’ll be fine, she has an excellent reputation. Sadly Ms Stephenson wasn’t taking on clients when we needed legal help.
