This company is fraudulent, I order cmos battery for my notebook . They didn’t shipped on time and when I received it it’s the wrong part . I have been trying to return it , I was told that they will not return my my ship cost of $12 and they have to inspect it. That means u have to pay another shipping to return it.

This company is fraudulent , they try to dropshipping from another seller and if they don’t want a cheap price from another sellers , they will not fulfill the order . Don’t try them cost you money , time and nerves

What a great company - I ordered the wrong part and they made the return process so easy! Great responsiveness too. They also had the correct part which I ordered from them - quick shipping and great packaging. I will order any computer parts needed from them in the future.

Ordered 2 laptop fans for my HP Spectre. Website was very easy to use in finding the exact parts I needed and they fit perfectly. Also, SUPER FAST shipping. Will definetly use again!!

Notebook keyboard replacement
Ordered a replacement keyboard from this site - it arrived earlier than expected and matches the part that's being replaced. Checkout was seamless and support was quick to respond to messages.

Plain and simple: DO NOT TRUST HIM! He lies like a rug.

I ordered a part that was "in stock", but it was not. When he finally sent the part, although compatible, it was a lesser, MUCH CHEAPER part. He did offer to take it back, but by the time the part got to me, I had not choice but to install it since the customer had been waiting patiently for the laptop.

This is his reputation across many review sites going back 20+ years.

I ordered a replacement motherboard for a computer that was showing symptoms of a dead motherboard. Notebookparts offered the best price and delivery that I could find on this motherboard. After switching the motherboard, I determined that was not the issue. I contacted Notebookparts and they accepted a return on the new motherboard without issue (with a small restock fee). Having no use for a new motherboard, the ability to return the part was very helpful. Thank you Notebookparts.

My wife's HP Chromebook is working great again thanks to Notebookparts.com. They shipped the correct replacement
keyboard immediately at a great price. Notebookparts.com provided outstanding customer service and support when I had an issue. I couldn't be happier!

Very unprofessional and scammers.
I placed an order for HP touchscreen whole top assembly, part number L93181-001. Priced at $199.00. Days later I received an email letting me know that the item is not in stock. And that they can only offer me the LCD screen for $159. Come to find out they do have the part in stock that I originally ordered only that they now have it at a much higher price $299.
This company is a scam how can you tell a customer you don't have an item just so that you can try to sell it back to them at a higher rate this will be reported to Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a replacement part for my Lenovo, arrived as expected in 3 days. No issues, or problems. Part worked great.

I bought an Asus back cover Q550LF, paid $96.95 after promising me a delivery date, they didn't send me anything and they canceled my order saying they don't have the product, but it's a lie because now they are selling it at a higher price. Why if they don't have the product they continue to sell it. It seems to me that this company is fraudulent and works with clients' money. Be careful and don't buy anything.

I ordered claimed Lenovo OEM laptop battery and got a FRAUD battery - computer states not genuine Lenovo on install.

I ordered 2 fans from their online catalog for my MSI Apache Pro GE 62 V7RF. They were sent to the repair center, where my P.C. was undergoing maintenance. Wrong fans. they didn`t even resemble the ones installed and contacted Merchant. They said I ordered the wrong fans. How wrong could they be? They wanted me to post them back to China, at my expense, and charge me 15% restocking fee. After toing and froing,I had a letter from the repair center, as well as a screenshot of my purchase. PayPal resolved in my favour, Stay away from this company. They will sell you "Knockoffs" and will lie to you.

I don't know why people are giving notebookparts bad reviews. I ordered a replacement part for my wife's Lenovo laptop and it's working like a charm. Fast and excellent service. Thank you, notebookparts.com!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE! They charged an extra $35 for "next day" delivery. I ordered the part at 2:30pm Tuesday, still waiting for the delivery on Thursday. I called the phone number provided but got an automated message saying " this person has a mailbox that has not been set up yet" and then disconnected. There's no email. I messaged them. They replied that I ordered my part "after the last shipping had left for the day". I replied that I wanted a refund for the $35 for "next day" delivery, especially when they take the $35 and have no intention of delivering next day. No response. SCAM.

Bought a laptop battery from "notebookparts.com", but it is not working. Contacted the seller several times, but no response. Still not sure how to get my 110 dollars back from this company.

Like a lot of people during this time, getting on-time delivery has been a struggle. I ordered a part from Notebookparts parts (Maryland based). I received my part (Ohio) the very next day! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Don't order anything from them. The customer service is really bad and they waste my time and money. I didn't even get the correct order.

Was missing some parts but I contacted them and customer service was awesome they responded back quick, I spoke to Mariam and she resolved my issues right away. Will be doing business again with them in the future! Highly recommended 👍
