We booked with them and then it turned out to be vbro cancelled the day later rip off on prices for electric and all added on after you book cleaning etc €15 a day fir electric we don’t even pay that here and our prices are far more than Spain lost the full deposit as well as they charge a ridiculous amount to cancel I was supposed to get €3 back from my €100 I know it’s not a lot but it’s principal they still haven’t refunded it back in my card do yourself a

Booking was simple and informative. All cost's broken down and the ability to pay the deposit on booking made things alot easier. Lots of additional extra's if needed , overall a good booking experience

An absolute terrible company, please please don't waste your money. Place we booked in france was disgusting, filthy dirty. Complained with no response so ended up booking a hotel for rest of our stay. It took almost a year and eventually going as far as small claims court before they paid us less than we paid out. Con merchants

Terrible stay in France. One of the bedrooms was unusable because of the smell of damp. Wasp’s nest in the garden sorts of that were not usable either. When we raised concerns we were told that it was fine, there was no damp or wasps. Novasol refused to pay compensation awarded in arbitration until we threatened court action. Avoid at all costs.

Very easy to book and a choice of deposit/payment options.

Called to to help me get into accommodation since the phone number of the key holder was not in use. They gave me different other numbers to call for support, non of them were helpful (not reachable). Then they suggested to wait for an hour at the location, maybe the key holder is just late and if nothing changes, I should call them back and they will arrange a night in a hotel for me and they deal with this. When I called back after an hour, they were already out of working hours so I stayed without accommodation in the high season at a isle with limited vacancies that are all reserved a year or more up front and after 6 hours of traveling. Everything was already paid and they are not communicating back regarding refund or anything.

Had the absolute nightmare of booking a novasol listing on airbnb ( it was in Draz croatia) The place should not be on any kind of booking sites at all. Novasol is a money grabbing company(?) that uses chatbot for dealing with any issues. they’ll probably send and automated generic reply to my review the second I hit submit … disgusting

Stayed in a beautiful apartment in Trappeto, very happy with our stay, would definitely recommend to anyone, very clear concise information, owners were so lovely! The entire process was very easy and pleasant!! Will definitely return again.

Novasol har en trygghetspaket med avbokning om man blir sjuk. Men när jag blev sjuk så gällde det inte eftersom jag blev sjuk för nära bokningen start.

Alltså, du måste bli sjuk långt före så att de hinner hyra ut stugan. Alltså - ingetn trygghet för dig. Riktig scam.

Tilbage i 2024 eller 2025 læste vi en anmeldelse om Skægkræ på Nørreknoldevej 5 i Skallerup. Vi var så naive at tro, at der var taget hånd om problemet. Det er der så IKKE, servicemedarbejderen der dukkede op, da vi gjorde opmærksom på problemet, sagde at han havde sat fælder op i sidste uge, men hvem der har fjernet dem, vides ikke. Han kom med 5 nye fælder og sagde at det var restlageret i den forretning, de handlede med. Vi har lejet et STORT sommerhus, og der skal bruges minimum 2 fælder i hvert rum, så vi måtte selv køre til Hjørring efter ekstra fælder.
Vi har brugt en stor del af ferien på at støvsuge, og når vi kommer hjem skal ALT i fryseren eller vaskes.
SKAM jer, at I fortsætter med at leje ud. Vi kan se, det er udlejet i næste uge igen.

Poor customer service, we never ever write any bad reviews but had to this time.
We booked via Booking.com and while everything was confirmed, we received calls from Danemark (where Novasol the holidays booking company is based) telling us that we didn't pay and they had to cancel our booking, I though it was a scam at first.
We booked many short stays with Booking.com in the past and this is the first time we get cancelled while using booking.com.
We had to rebook directly on Novasol website which isn't at all user friendly as payment had to be split in 2 (probably booking first then cleaning/tax separately 2 days later?!).
Last but not least, when we asked for bed linens, no one responded back and my wife who stayed there for 2 nights didn't even have any towel or bed linen during her stay, appalling!
