Ben,
Yes they are getting harder and harder to find and most companies do not bother carrying them any longer but as long as they make them, we will continue to take care of our "Old School" customers.
Thanks for the business and the review. Have a great Christmas season.
Quick and easy and just what I ordered!

David,
Thanks for the review and the order. We appreciate both. Have a great Christmas season.
Best customer service and communication!
I ordered $2000 worth of products from NTW. A guy that works there named Jeff was relentless and making sure FedEx got my tires to me. Go figure they lost one and although it was 100% their fault Jeff’s got a new one on the way for me, and these aren’t cheap tires. If the best tire does ever show up I’ll be returning it to them because of how good of a job they’ve done. Couldn’t be happier won’t shop anywhere else from now on

Dustin, Sorry that you had an issue with FedEx but glad that we were able to get it handled for you. We appreciate the business and the review.
Just no clue.
I ordered a light bar mount bracket. My shipping info says it's coming on a tractor trailer like I ordered something huge. Then you ask me to rate my experience before product even arrives. Great job.

Troy,
I'm a little confused as to your review. You placed your order on 10/6, we shipped on 10/7 and it is out for delivery today (10/12). I'm not sure what message you would have recieved other than the one below that mentions Heavy Frieght on orders for tires over 35". I'm sorry for the confusion. If you could send me the message that you recieved, if different than the one below, I would like to see it so we can save others from getting confused. Our standard message after placing an order is "Thank You for your order. Please be advised that orders need time to be processed and orders placed on the weekends or holidays do not get processed until the following business day. No information will be available until the order as been processed. Please give us time to process your order.
Please be aware that with the current situation in regards to the COVID19 pandemic, we are experiencing unprecedented shortages of product that we have never before experienced. Almost every supplier is being affected by this situation. Shipping carriers are being overwhelmed by the increase in internet ordering and delivery times may be affected depending on your area. We unfortunately have no control of the situation and ask for your understanding.
If we experience any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours. Please check your email or answer a telephone call coming from the 304 area code.
Please be advised that due to the escalating "porch theft" and fraud, most orders will require someone present to sign for the delivery. This is for your protection, please excuse the inconvenience.
If you have ordered tires 35" tall or larger, please click on this link that explains new delivery procedures. Heavy Shipping Info
Most merchandise is shipped within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Tire and wheel packages require more time because of the labor involved to mount and balance them. If we experience any problems with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours. Please check your email or answer a telephone call coming from the 304 area code.
You will receive tracking information the day AFTER you order has been shipped. This message will be coming from FedEx. Please check your spam or junk boxes before calling about your order.
If you have questions about your order, you can email us at info@ntwonline.com or call us at 1-800-847-3287 . Our hours are 8-6 M-T, 8-5 W-F Closed Sat & SUN."

National Tire and Wheel is 100% on point! I have been scammed by 2 other companies trying to find some very rare tires. After placing my order online I called and spoke with one of their staff and he was very courteous and helpful. My tires were shipped and delivered sooner than expected and at a great price. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option! It's refreshing to finally find a company like Nation Tire and Wheel who still believes in customer service, honesty, and integrity. Exceedingly rare in these times! Completely satisfied!

Didn't honor their listed price
Didn't honor their listed price, bought a set of tires and rims over the weekend, well below normal market value but assumed they were either being phased out of stock or something else, ended up having my order canceled though, even if the listed price was a mistake, I would expect a business to honor that mistake the same way any consumer who makes a mistake is forced to honor theirs. Got a voicemail confirming the cancelation and they acted as if they did me a favor by giving me a "full refund," even though that's the absolute bare minimum to do in the situation.

Sorry for the comfusion, but we are human and occasionally do make mistakes, which is why we (and every other website) have disclaimers regarding mistakes and misprints.
I'm pretty sure that you really didn't think that you could buy a set of new wheels and tires for $111.92. Once again, sorry for the confusion.
Go somewhere else! CHEAP!!!!
If i could leave 0 stars I would. I do not recommend buying tires from here whatsoever. We purchased $2300 for 4 10ply tires just to have them get punctured by a tiny stick going down the road. They do not have any warranty and will not cover if they dont last. (Mind you they have less than 3000 miles on them) We have ran 10ply tires for 10 years and NEVER have had one to puncture. Good luck if you have any trouble, they are useless.

Jackie,
I'm really sorry that you had such bad luck, but there are hardly any light truck tires out there that come with a Road Hazard Warranty unless you purchase one from a company like Route, which you declined at the time of purchase. That is a pretty good sized stick that you ran over but it still might be able to be repaired using a "Boot patch".
Once again, I'm sorry for your loss but blaming the tire and us for you running over something is like you hitting a telephone pole with your truck then blaming the car dealer and the truck manufacturer.
Best tire company to work with hands down!
Wow can’t believe how fast I got my whole set of tires in only a day and a half! Fastest shipping ever! On a full set of Brand new Mickey Thompson Baja boss a/t which I’m in love with so far! Thank you NTW for the amazing business. I’ll be doing business again with you in the future on my other rides.
