Nu heat is a great company good value and a great team for after sales and technical support with their products. I recently needed a replacement actuator and the process of ordering it with some confirmation it was compatible with my system bought in 2005 was seamless.

Always helpful with spares but the did tell me the wrong part for one element, it’s an old system. Also disappointed with the postage cost being standard when the cost and weight of what I ordered was so small.

Bought a heating system from them in 2012, needed new actuators as they do eventually fail. They answered the phone quickly, answered my enquiry easily and I was able to place an order for the parts on line easily. Parts turned up three days later using standard delivery. That's impressive for system that is now 14yrs old.

Firstly you get through to a human. Secondly the advice is excellent and spare parts availability and delivery next day perfect.

This item was left on the gate; 100metres from the house. I sent a message to DPD to put the Time clock in the back porch. I replied on 26 August to a requested review by NuHeat>>DPD that it had not been delivered properly; at nearly £100, I do not think you should trust the delivery service. I have not had a reply.

Required advice from the tech team to enable order of parts. Swift friendly and helpful response. Ordered parts dispatched same day as on-line order and received next day. Super service, thank you
