I can honestly say they are the best Underfloor Heating suppliers in the market, even at 8 pm at night I can get hold of the Rep (Mike) and he will get things sorted for you. They might be a little bit more expensive but the service and products they provide cover the cost.

Excellent communication throughout the project, from design to installation. Everything required was included in the kit provided. Looking forward to having a snug winter.

Fabulous products offering by let down by poor and inconsistent communication when things go wrong. I raised concerns two weeks ago, have had to chase to get any kind of information and when I have raised a complaint, there has been no follow up over a week later. I am only writing this review because noone has bothered to have the cortest to call me. They go at their own pace at Nu Heat...snails pace

The company were able to order correct replacement from a photo and age of installation and it fitted.

I have an old Nu-Heat system (purchased in 1998), and needed to update the circuit board. I was pleasantly surprised when speaking to the technical rep that he could pull up my original specification from the QR ref. Discussing the system with knowledge he emailed me the technical spec I required to convert from the old circuit to the new one. Very impressed.

Nu heat also supply service parts to back up there products, unlike some other UFH companies..
