Helpful staff and a smooth couple of days using the hire vehicle.

Fantastic service... Usual quick and speedy pick up and drop off.. Great price, had a small issue with car half way through the hire called, then popped it back to Geoff and was all sorted in 20 mins... Amazing personal service... Thanks again. .

Fabulous service, great and reliable van and the safety measures the office had for CV-19 were unrivalled. Brilliant customer service and great price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really good car hire / van have used them a number of time prices are good great Staff

Number one car hire service was so easy to rent a car when my own car was having a new gear box fixed. The service from the girls in reception was exceptional, they were so incredibly helpful and understanding. Everybody should use this company to rent a vehicle , I certainly will. I send my thanks to Michelle who guided me round my phone to renew my licence at the DVLA.

Good service and, quick.well excplained .good value

Excellent service every time i have used.

Excellent price, well maintained vehicles and excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

The members of staff all seem very friendly and coordinated, very good service in these strange times. The housekeeping in terms of cleanliness and hygiene was of the highest standard. Thank you.

For example, one time I had forgotten to bring straps to help safely secure my load - so they let me use theirs.

On another occasion one of plastic wheel arches on a van was heavily grazed whilst out on hire with me. Upon inspection - and whilst I have no recollection of it happening, we both agreed it wasn't there when I initially took the van out on hire. Rather than simply charge me full cost of replacing the plastic wheel arch & labour, they went above and beyond to secure the best price for the replacement part and didn't charge for fitting it.

I would have no hesitation in using Number One Car & Van Hire again. Keep up the great work Geoff & team!

Excellent service!! , very friendly and professional staff, good experience apart from I slightly dinged the van!
