Yassine was very smooth and helpful great service.

Bought 16 plate BMW 3 Series from them, test drove it, saw it twice, literally cant complain about it. came up with drive train error few days later which came from the track rod ends and inner tie rods needing to be replaced, all sorted pretty sharpish, Tiere from service has been lovely to deal with whilst this has been getting sorted, genuinely cant fault them

Purchased today, explained what I needed and was met with Tim who looked and found a car that had everything I described, professional and friendly

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for ‘Nuneaton Cars’ and especially their customer service team. Particularly Tiere and Mia who have been nothing less than amazing.
I approached them with a recurring concern I have had for nine months. Half expecting a push back or argument. I was instead dealt with nothing but courtesy, concern and understanding. They arranged for my car to be picked up from Liverpool, repaired, tested and returned to me. I was kept in the loop and my concerns redressed immediately and positively.
As a front of shop service, they are a credit to the company, have made a difficult situation as pain free as possible and filled me with confidence.
I also have to thank the mechanics for their fantastic effort in getting me back on the road.
Despite the issues with my car, which is by no way a reflection on their business, more just my bad luck. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Nuneaton Car Sales to anyone who values quality, service and customer satisfaction.

If I could leave zero stars for this car sales I would. I left a deposit online and my wife and I waited over a week to view the car. As it seemed to be having work done on it. When we travelled up to see the car it was disappointing. When we declined the car we was told our deposit would be returned instantly. One month later still no deposit returned and after reading the negative customer reviews we are glad we bought a car elsewhere. Buyers beware the negative reviews are a caution
