I experienced great customer service from Adam Maycock. The process was slightly delayed due to the Christmas period and bad weather but Adam and his colleagues stayed in touch and kept me up to date with the process the car went through (health check, dent fixed, valeting). My car was delivered to my door in great condition and I part exchanged my old car for slightly more than quoted by other companies. Great service, great experience, very happy customer
