I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Nutrigenic.

I initially placed an order on their website, but shortly after I was moving to a new address, so I cancelled that order and placed a new one with my correct, updated address clearly provided.

Despite this, Nutrigenic still sent the delivery to my old address where I no longer live. The next day a friend contacted me saying there was a package delivered to his address. Neither of us knew what it was. I drove there to collect it and discovered it was the prep food from Nutrigenic. Unfortunately the meals had been sitting outside of a fridge for almost 24 hours, so I didn’t feel safe eating them.

I contacted their support team through their website explaining that my order had been sent to the wrong address even though I had clearly provided the new one when placing the order. I wasn’t trying to make a big issue out of it — mistakes happen — I simply asked if they could send future deliveries to the correct address.

However, I received no response at all. I also tried contacting them through WhatsApp and again received no reply.

Today another delivery was sent… and once again to my old address. At this point I cancelled all future orders. I have lost over £100, as the 7 meals I paid for had to be thrown away, and I even had to drive to another address to collect a delivery that was unusable.

Poor communication and repeated mistakes with something as basic as a delivery address is very frustrating, especially when dealing with perishable food. I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I can only recommend it.

Do not buy, they are gone bankrupt and will not deliver. And they can not fulfill the orders.

Love it but very expensive all of a sudden. £59 for 1kg of ngx bodyfuel to £118.

Something going wrong with the company these days. Poor supply and comms.

I have been taking my personalised NGX for a month now and I can tell you it’s made a big difference to the way I feel already!!
Just knowing that I am having the essential nutrients that ‘my’ body needs makes life less stressful. Sometimes I’m too busy in my working day to stop for lunch so I can just drink my NGX shake & keep going! It has given me more energy. Since taking NGX my eyes have dramatically improved. I have Blepharitis but my symptoms are diminishing!! Just brilliant . Thank you Team NGX!
