THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER TO PUT BUBBLE WRAP IN BETWEEN THE PACKS TO PREVENT THE PRODUCTS BEING THROWN AROUND WHILE IN TRANSIT.
ONE PACK TORE OPEN AND SCATTETED IN THE FLIMSY BOX.
I ASKED COMPANY TO ARRANGE COLLECTION.
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ARRANGE COLLECTION AND ARE NOT ENGAGING AT ALL.
TOTALLY AVOID THE INEPT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC COMPANY CALLED NUTRIDRINKS.

We are very sorry to read your review and to hear about the condition your order arrived in, we understand how frustrating this must have been.
We did respond to your latest message on 17/02/2026 to assist you as quickly as possible. In that email, we explained that while all orders are packed with care before dispatch, damage can unfortunately occur during transit with the courier. To investigate this properly and arrange a collection and refund, we asked for a few photos of the damaged items, the internal packaging, and the outer box.
As of today, we have not received a reply with these details, which has prevented us from progressing your case or arranging the collection you requested.
We are absolutely keen to resolve this for you. If you are still happy to proceed, please reply to our email with the requested photos, and we will immediately raise this with the courier and arrange collection and refund without delay.

Wrong order some how not understanding that vanilla is not strawberry?
I recently ordered £80 of Fortisip vanilla shakes but received strawberry? Now this doesn’t sound a big deal and normally it wouldn’t be, but my mother who has spent five months in hospital and has lost a huge amount of weight needed the shakes as part of her diet to increase her weight now is taking strawberry drinks that I didn’t order, and my mum doesn’t really like so she has been drinking them because she needs it. I emailed Nutrition Drinks and there resolution was I had to wait nearly a week for them to send what I ordered in the first place, but they wanted me to send back the the first order which was impossible as mum had drank twelve shakes. So I told the delivery driver to send back the order. That was yesterday. Today they rang me, not to apologise, but where is the parcel. I told there business was Mickey Mouse, And I was told I was being rude. That’s when I was rude, I hung up!

We are very sorry to read your review and to hear about your experience, especially given the circumstances with your mother. We fully understand how important it was to receive the correct product without delay.
To clarify what happened from our side: as soon as you contacted us on 27/08/2026, we acknowledged the error and issued a credit for the incorrect flavour the same day. We remained in contact with you throughout and, on 29/08/2026, arranged for a replacement order to be dispatched immediately, along with a request for the incorrect items to be returned with the courier.
We appreciate that part of the original order had already been used, which can make returns more complicated. However, our intention was to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by both crediting the incorrect goods and sending the correct replacement without delay.
We are sorry if any of our communication came across the wrong way, that was certainly not our intention. We always aim to be helpful and supportive, particularly in situations like yours. At the same time, we do ask that communication remains respectful, as our team is here to help and resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
If there is anything still outstanding, please do get back in touch with us directly and we will make sure this is fully resolved.

Wrong items sent. Company won’t respond.
I ordered 12 Fresubin thickened milkshakes on 8 July for my elderly mother who has dysphagia. The order, including shipping was £59.15. I was sent Fresubin drinks (thinner) and not the milkshakes (thicker) which is what I need and what I ordered. I emailed sales as soon as the order arrived, with photo of what was in the box plus invoice as the 2 didn’t match. No response. I waited a few days, forwarded same email again. Again radio silence. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. First and last time. It’s too much money to spend on something you cannot use.

We are sorry to read your review and to hear about your experience, particularly given your mother’s condition and the importance of receiving the correct product.
We would like to clarify that we did not receive your initial email dated 10th July. The first communication we received from you was on 24th July, and we responded to you the same day. We also continued to reply to your follow-up emails, providing explanations and supporting information.
As explained in our correspondence, the product supplied, Fresubin Level 3 Thickened, is the same formulation as what is often referred to as a “milkshake.” The term “milkshake” is sometimes used descriptively, but it does not appear on the manufacturer’s packaging. Both products are classified as Level 3 thickness and meet the same IDDSI standards, with identical nutritional content and consistency.
We also highlighted that the item supplied may have different packaging due to parallel importation (for example, German-manufactured stock relabelled for the UK market), which can sometimes cause confusion. However, this does not affect the product itself.
We understand from your feedback that your mother has a preference based on previous experience, and we appreciate that this distinction is important to you. We have taken your comments on board and are reviewing how this product is presented on our website to make this clearer for future customers.
We are sorry that this situation has led to dissatisfaction, but we would like to reassure you that we did respond promptly once we received your query and that the product supplied was consistent with the formulation advertised.

UPDATE:
Received the package (unfortunately 2 days late) but at least we’ve received it and also received the postage refund - thank you.
We made a new order and that was despatched same day for next day delivery so we really appreciate that. We will be using them again in the future.
I ordered some drinks for my severely ill relative Friday morning and paid £19.95 for Saturday delivery as they were urgent. I then got an email late Friday afternoon saying that they couldn’t despatch and wouldn’t be delivering until Tuesday. No mention of a refund for the £19.95 delivery fee I paid. I then phoned and said I wanted a refund of the delivery fee as they were not going to fulfil their end of the bargain.
It’s now late Monday afternoon and I’ve just received another email saying it won’t even be despatched today and still no email notification (that they told me I’d receive) for the refund, so clearly no refund has been processed either! I am beginning to think that I will never receive the goods or refund so will be issuing a chargeback on my card if they don’t deliver this week.
Buyers beware if you are buying for a very sick loved one then please don’t rely on this service to get it to you quickly

As I can see on our database, you did place this order on a Friday afternoom, therefore we did start processing it the following working day, Monday.
We had to order some packs from the manufacuter so, we did dispatch the order on the Tuesday and you did receive it on Wednesday morning at 08:49.
As per our delivery policy on orders over £79.95 (https://www.nutridrinks.co.uk/delivery-policy), the free next working day delivery, in this case Tuesday, was included on your order. I do not see any extra payment for next day delivery.

Very Good Experience
Order arrived on time and in good condition and I was able to start using it right away.
Particularly impressed that the company called to check I was happy with sell by date as it only had about 7 weeks until expiry but as the product was going to be used up within two or three weeks this wasn't an issue.
