It looks like your order has been delayed because the manufacturer sent some damaged bottles. We have re-ordered them and you will be receiveing the parcel tomorrow.
We will of course refund the delivery charge into your account, as we have failed on delivering the next working day.

Due to an IT glitch, your order was not showing on our system and we have only found it after you have left us your 1 star review as it has triggered investigation on our side.
Thanx to this review we have foud out about the glitch and we have now fixed it.

The delivery timing was very poor
The delivery timing was very poor, I made order Sunday afternoon, paid for next day delivery and didn't get my delivery until 5pm on Wednesday. The person I ordered it for travelled out of UK 4pm on Wednesday, so purpose was not met.

I can see that you have placed this order on a Sunday evening and our warehouse was closed, therefore we were only able to process it on Monday. We had to order your stock from the manufacturer, that is the reason why the shipment was delayed by one day.
