Efficient provision of a great product - thank you

The stool fell to bits second time it was used. I am well under the max weight recommended. Sad thing is, I still have another afterpay payment to make on this item. Sadder still, the same item is available elsewhere for less than half what I paid for it from NZoutlet.

Parcel arrived within a few days, product was exactly as advertised.

Quick service, well packaged

My order arrived within a few days so very happy, thank you

I purchased this W7 Hide 'N' Seek Colour Correcting Concealer Quad - Natural-W7-FACE-Concealer
on behalf of my mother to replace a previous W7 Hide 'N' Seek Colour Correcting Concealer Quad-Lavender, as Mama never used the lavender or highlighter. Even though there are now 4 concealer options to choose from, Mama advised does not give the same cover as the two concealers in the Quad-Lavender. Two of the concealers appear to be the same as the Quad-Lavender, but do not provide the same cover.

Good product but a bit long time to be delivered.

Great Service, fast shipping, product as described. Very happy, would use again.

Prompt delivery, no issues with the product and easy purchase. No complaints.

Issue with delivery (not the stores fault) but refunded me without issue

No problems every thing is as ordered 👌

Received order in a reasonable time span. Well packaged and competitive pricing.

NZ Outlet's supplier sent me the wrong product, so NZ Outlet organised for a full refund and a prepaid courier bag so I could return it. There was good communication, and a lot of extra work for them, which I appreciated.

Can’t fault the service. 3 stars because I ordered a pregnancy pillow CASE rather than a pillow. My fault for not triple checking but the picture showed filled pillow and the word ‘case’ was cropped at the end of description or hidden when viewing on my phone. Customer service took the comments onboard, accepted my return and after one reminder message from me I got a full refund.

Quick and friendly service. Wide range of quality products. Happy to return again sometime. Thank you. Susan.

Arrives on time and great service my only complaint which is my own fault is that i got the wrong colour

The product arrived arrived promptly and in good condition. , I am, however, very disappointed because I can’t understand the voice at all - the reason I wanted a talking scale.
