Good experience
My order arrived after about a week of purchase. Good quality plant stand in a brass-like finish - exactly as the website described. Very reasonably priced and I would use the site for purchases again. I didn’t receive any communication from them after the initial purchase and this is an aspect they could improve.

Resposta da nzoutlet
Hi there, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you via this trade. An inquiry has already been lodged with the logistics/carrier. Please note, due to recent Christmas and New Year public holidays there is a massive delay in the delivery network and their response timings to any queries or their resolutions. We are following up with them regularly as we have still not got any update yet about your parcel. We will keep you posted as soon as we hear from them. We did not waste any time in shipping your order after receiving it. The logistic operations are unfortunately out of our hand, but we will take all necessary actions required by law to resolve this matter ASAP. Your patience and co-operation is highly appreciated.
