Nadia was Absolutely brilliant
Nadia was Absolutely brilliant, helped me with sorting out another SIM card as mine wouldn’t work anymore as it was around 10 years old and I never renewed it a few years back when virgin / O2 sent emails saying to renew it.
Was quickly done and Nadia was very knowledgeable.

Went to O2 in Meadowhall this evening…
Went to O2 in Meadowhall this evening after a suspected fraudulent activity in my phone. I was very stressed and upset. On entering the shop the lady listened while I explained and she took me straight to Nadia who was so calm and patient. She looked into my account and someone had been trying to use my details. Nadia changed my SIM card and blocked my original one. I was in there less than 15 mins with peace of mind.
I cannot thank Nadia enough for her services today, one of the best experiences with O2 thank you

Nadia is a star!
Nadia was extremely helpful and accommodating, she resolved my issue and dealt with O2 for me.
I was sent an insurance replacement and the esim wasnt provisioned, they wanted me to call up (HOW with no sim) and i kept going round in circles.
O2, useless... Nadia, exceptional.
