Brought my daughters cot bed nearly 3 years ago and has lasted so well. When changing it from cot to bed I realised I had lost some of the pieces needed and Katie at customer services was so helpful and sent me out the pieces I needed straight away. Would highly recommend

After taking apart our cot and then going back to it a few years later….I realized I had misplaced the screw fittings in a safe place and could no longer find them. I contacted the customer services team who were extremely helpful and posted the missing fittings out to me right away. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Exceptional customer service, very helpful, quick and efficient. Within days I had all the fittings delivered (free of charge!) for my Grace cot-bed, which have been lost when we were moving a house. We’ve bought this cot-bed originally for our first baby (just over 10 years ago). We’ve used it also for baby no2 (both as a cot and toddler bed) and I’m really pleased to say that this pice of furniture looks still great in my youngest one bedroom.

We absolutely love the Obaby cot bed we got a year ago, it’s beautiful, well-made and resistant but recently I noticed I have missed some screws required for the conversion into bed and reached out to their customer service, which were incredible in sending these screws to me. Since then we just love the bed even more by knowing there is support from Obaby when we need it.

Edit to review: my original order was through John Lewis who were telling me it was o baby causing the problem. I emailed at 20:30 at night and got a response at 08:30 the next morning from o baby directly with an immediate solution. Thank you!

Appalling service. My baby is recently out of intensive care and we have been sent the wrong item so I am being forced to cosleep as 5 days on I still haven’t had a response!

So happy with our glider chair from Obaby! Their customer service was fantastic - I'd definitely buy from them again.

Woke up this morning to find my baby’s leg stuck through the bars, luckily I caught it when I did or it could have been a lot worse! He has 2 massive bruises either side of his leg from where it has been stuck. The size between the bars is just under 2inches on the Nika Mini cot bed compared to other cots from other brands which have at least 3 inches gap! Awful cot will never buy anything from here again

They sold us a cot bed with missing parts, and then refused to solve the problem, claiming there's nothing they can do because it was bought from Amazon.

Edit: After I posted the negative review, the Obaby customer team contacted us for the second time. On this occasion, they offered to send the missing parts, still framing it as a 'token of goodwill,' though. However, by that time, we were already in communication with the Amazon team. Despite their initial suggestion to contact Obaby first (curious, considering packing Obaby products was supposedly their responsibility), they promptly refunded our money upon learning that our initial request to Obaby was unsuccessful.

Continuing to love our Stamford set. Had to contact the team as had a product query and they could not have been more helpful. Even did a video call with me to talk me through what I needed. Already eying up more in the collection!

Had an Obaby cot for my first baby, it was so lovely and we really wanted to use it for baby #2. Unfortunately we couldn't find any of the fittings! The customer service team were excellent, and resolved the issue really quickly. Now the cot is up again and I have to say the quality is amazing!

There were some missing parts when we received our order. However, we contacted Obaby and the following day, they sent the missing part to us. I can not put a 5... but is definitely a 4.

Obaby is the place to go for all baby furniture, I had the lovely experience of talking to an employee at the baby show and she helped me picked out the best cot for our little boy, fast delivery and the best customer service ever!

Their products are high quality and the customer service is amazing. I will definitely be back x
