I had a serious motorcycle accident where a car had pulled out on me and I had to swerve to avoid a side on impact but was unable to control the slide resulting in a broken collar bone, several broken ribs and a collapsed lung. The car driver disputed liability so my insurer footed the bill for repairs. Unfortunately, I didn't have personal accident insurance but OCL stepped in and offered me cover via an ATE Policy.
OCL were absolutely first class throughout. I'd never had a serious accident before and was a little wary at first that I could be landed with costs. Claire reassured me and ordered additional scans, physiotherapy and even some counselling to get me back on my bike. Then Brett Fleming took over and was absolutely excellent. He really drove the case forward, explaining both positive precedents and potential litigation risks along the way and helped me make informed decisions.
