We have never traveled with tour guides before, but Odynovo’s bespoke Egypt tour fit our needs perfectly. This was no big tour group but a personalized experience from beginning to end. We felt taken care of and listened to from the start. All of the arrangements, from hotels to guides to drivers to site tickets, were personally arranged for us. Airport representatives got us through the paperwork of visas; drivers and guides got us to our hotels and reminded us of our daily agendas, and even arranged for special meals on the road. The sites and activities were well-chosen and rewarding. We were surrounded with care from start to finish.

A special shout-out goes to two exceptional guides. Ali Galal (Lower Egypt sites) was extremely knowledgeable and clearly conveyed the exceptional ancient history of Egypt to us. In addition, for more modern history, we were enriched by his clear and concise explanation of the Islamic religion allowing us to understand its precepts as we visited mosques in Cairo. Ahmed Samir Saied (Aswan and Luxor) shared his tremendous expertise about sites in upper Egypt, ending with a magical evening tour of his hometown Luxor in an hour long carriage ride through the city. Both guides had excellent language skills and were very personable, making us feel like they were friends as well as historians. Another special shout-out goes to our drivers, particularly Taha, who knew Cairo like the back of his hand and handled the city’s crazy traffic like a pro. His skill allowed us to travel smoothly from busy downtown Giza to the smallest village in the countryside.

Our Odynovo tour went without a single major problem. At no time during the entire 20 days in Egypt did we feel unsafe or uncertain. When changes to the planned itinerary were necessary due to a dust storm in Luxor, alternative activities were quickly arranged and implemented. A last-minute domestic flight change was handled by Odynovo managers and communicated not only to us but to our guides and drivers so all ensured we made our flight. We were greatly impressed with the value we got from the price of the trip, and enjoyed the personal attention that only a private tour could give. We will definitely be exploring more of the world, and will put Odynovo on the top of our list for tour companies. We have already recommended this group to many of our friends.

Just home from a 15 day trip to Vietnam, what a great time we had and all credit goes to Gina Liu who put our itinerary together. All the internal flights, trips we had and the English speaking guides provided were excellent. Being our first visit to Asia, it was so important to my wife and I that we had a nice balance of organised and free time to explore Vietnam and we were not dissapointed. A place full of history and culture, meant we had a busy time but everything went like clockwork. We will definitely be talking to Gina and using Odynovo tours again in the future.

I highly recommend Odynovo for private tours of Asia. They organized our tour of Thailand last year, and this year for China. Their service far surpasses other travel agencies we have used.

Our travel consultant is Joyce and she is terrific. She takes the time to find out her clients’ personal preferences and travel style. The itineraries are always well-thought out with an excellent variety of activities - from history and culture - to culinary delights and simple fun.

Henry, who introduced us to Guilin rice noodles and took us bike riding in the beautiful Guangxi countryside. Nixon, who did a masterful job of navigating us through the beautiful Kunming Stone Forest. Hua, whose knowledge and pride in Yunnan province let us truly connect with this special region of China. Through Kevin, our guide in Chengdu, we gained a deep appreciation for Chinese society and culture, learned all about pandas, and had our first Chinese hot pot. And Vivian, our Shanghai guide, introduced us to this amazing city’s history, unparalleled views along the river and from skyscrapers, delectable dumplings, and a Venice-like town just outside the city.

We are grateful to all our guides, and especially to Joyce at Odynovo, for making our time in China a trip of a lifetime. Joyce is already working on or next trip to Asia!

We had an amazing trip to Egypt in January with the help of Odynovo. Organizer Owen Zhou did an excellent job catering to our requests before travel. During the trip, our tour guides were always on time and knowledgeable. We had Mr. Amir as the airport representative in Cairo, Mr. Sherif in Cairo visiting the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, and Mr. Saleh in Aswan, Nile River Cruise, and Luxor. We were received at the airport by Amir who assisted with the visa in Cairo. Everything was very well planned and seamless. We would definitely recommend Odynovo for travelers looking for a personalized tour allowing you to enjoy the exotic destination worry free.

Kathy guided us through from the beginning through the end with exceptional professionalism. Everything run smoothly and as planned. The transportation, accommodations, and guides were superb. I will rely on Kathy for future travel and highly recommend her services.

I am sharing with delight our amazing family experience in China, thanks to Maggie, Lisa, David and Mark, each of whom contributed immensely to our wonderful experience. It was the locals who introduced us to five cities - Beijing, Xi'an, Guilin, Yangshuo and Shanghai, each with its own magic and we felt the magic thanks to them! Nikki organised a fantastic 2 week trip for my wife & I across Vietnam & Cambodia. She was extremely helpful at dealing with the many changes / tweaks that I wanted to personalise our holiday. The drivers/ guides/ service providers she utilised were all good, professional , friendly and extremely helpful. I will certainly use their services again

We have just had an amazing 2 days on Huangshan Mountain with our guide, Terry. He was very knowledgeable about Chinese History in the Huangshan area and gave us a very thorough tour of the mountain, catering for our family group of 8.

Queenie at Odynovo set up 2 solo trips to Asia (India,Nepal, Bhutan and SriLanka) and then (Laos and N.Vietnam) for me. Also a trip to Kenya Tanzania and Zanzibar and she has been wonderfull to work with and the trips have been amazing.
Now i'm taking 6 family members back to Africa and she is still doing an amazing job for us.

My trip to Zhangjiajie was great and very memorable.

Ander had arranged a trip previously for me to Huangshan. That trip was great so I was very happy to deal with Ander again. He is polite, very responsive and trustworthy. I made a last minute change to the schedule of my trip to Zhangjiajie and Ander handled it all professionally. Exceptional service from Ander again.

When I arrived in Zhangjiajie I was met by my guide Yeena. She is a delightful young lady. Yeena greeted me with a gift which was very kind. During my time in Zhangjiajie I found Yeena to be helpful, cheerful and great company. 10 out of 10 for Yeena. Highly recommended.

I don't usually have a guide in China unless what I want to do is too difficult for a non Mandarin speaker to organise. Everything was just so well organised and easy for me on this trip. I am very glad Yeena was my guide in Zhangjiajie.

We fell in love with Italy’s culture and breathtaking landscapes when we took our Italy tour. We visited Venice, Florence, Siena, Rome and Amalfi coast, felt the splendor of the Roman empire, travelled back to Rainessance, navigated the canals of Venice on a gondola, walked through seaside towns perched on cliffs and surrounded by lemon and olive trees.
It was another amazing trip planned for us by Odynovo. We have travelled with Odynovo since 2018. We have taken private tours to Vietnam, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Japan and Norway. All of these unforgettable trips were organized by our wonderful trusted travel consultant Mia Wang. We have never had a trip we’ve been disappointed with. Mia took it to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see. Hotels were superb, above our expectations, local guides and drivers most friendly, knowledgeable, professional. We originally had booked a tour with Odynovo in 2020, but obviously this had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. I felt it important to mention this because the way they handled the cancellation and refunds, despite the number they must have received at that stage was exceptionally professional and kind. That is the reason we went straight to them when it came time to rebook a few years later (life gets in the way!).

When we got back in touch, we were supported by Queenie again, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick in her responses. She tailored a perfect Thailand and Vietnam tour and no question or change was too much.

And what a trip it was! As it was a late honeymoon, Odynovo must have let hotel providers know, and we had swans and welcome sweets at every place we stayed which was a lovely added touch. We even received a small gift from Odynovo so everything felt extra special.

The booking process, transfers, hotel stays and internal flights all ran smoothly, and the whole process and trip were completely stress free because everything had been organised so well. All our guides and drivers were always there to pick us up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and super happy and proud to be sharing their information and stories with us. We also planned in a few days to ourselves in Phuket, which was amazing.

I was sceptical about a tour company as I usually prefer to arrange everything myself, but I have to say I could not be more impressed with Odynovo. They can make the tour whatever you need it to be, as involved or relaxed as you want, and we absolutely would not have fit in all the experiences and sights that we did without them. We will definitely be booking with them again and I highly, highly recommend them.

From the time we started planning our trip to the last day of our tour in SE Asia, we found Odynovo and our travel consultant, Cathy Hou to be more than we could have ever hoped for. From October 30 to November 17, 2025, we traveled to Japan and South Korea, using Odynovo to book virtually everything for our private tours and first class hotel stays. We chose Odynovo after having done so last year for private tours in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Last year’s trip was incredible. This is why we used Odynovo again. Queenie was our agent for both trips. Just as before, the entire planning process went well, as Queenie came up with an initial itinerary that was very nearly exactly what we hoped for. For both trips, after very little further input, we had the itinerary finalized.

We were very happy with all of the 5-star hotels. In Kyoto, we asked for a more intimate, boutique hotel. Queenie offered the Fufu Kyoto, which turned out to be, perhaps, our best hotel experience, ever! The private drivers and guides were prompt, kind, flexible, informative, and accommodating. Our guides were Motoki (Tokyo), Sunny (Kyoto & Osaka), Jiwan (Seoul), and Luke (Gyeongju & Busan). We were tremendously happy with all of them!

When we plan our next trip, we will be sure to contact Odynovo, again. Because we have been so happy with Queenie’s efficiency and knowledge, we have recommended her to several of our friends.
