Odynovo is my first “go to” when planning a trip. Thomas Tang, my travel agent there, is always quick to respond to all inquiries, very helpful, and extremely reliable. In April (2025), my husband and I enjoyed a 13-day tour of South Korea arranged by Odynovo. As anticipated, it was a wonderful trip. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and all aspects of the tour progressed as planned. All of my special requests were put in place seamlessly. During the tour any changes or additions that I requested were accommodated immediately.

Wookie, our guide during our stay in Seoul, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He expertly anticipated our needs and accommodated then.

Mina and her husband Young met us as we exited the train in Gyeongju and expertly guided us through Gyeongju and Busan. Mina and Young were exceptional guides. They made us feel as if we were traveling with old friends. They offered us unique experiences that we will treasure for a lifetime. I truly hated to say good-bye to them.

Clover, our guide on the magical islands of Jeju and Udo was delightful and outstanding. She took great care to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. She went the extra mile to ensure that all went as planned and that we had a wonderful experience in South Korea.

Thank you to all of our guides. They were truly a treasure. If you are fortunate enough to have any of these guides, count yourself very lucky.

Needless to say, there were also transfers, meals, and accommodations. All were exquisite. I very highly recommend Thomas Tang, and Odynovo for all of your wish list destinations. The service, value for the money, and professionalism is unparalleled.

We had a wonderful 14 day private tour of Italy and Greece arranged with our Odynovo tour representative Mr. Bruce Peng. This was my second time doing a private tour with Odynovo and it did not disappoint. The rooms in our hotels were very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. And located within walking distance of local attractions. We had a delicious full breakfast buffet every morning. I especially loved the Hotel Nazionale in Rome and the Marblous Hotel in Athens. The Marblous hotel offers an optional free room service for breakfast that was amazing. All the staff at the hotels we stayed in were all excellent and accommodating for anything we needed. The drivers were great too at getting us to where we needed to go on time, comfortably, and safely, as well offering some tips about what to see in our free time. All the tour guides were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about each site we visited. The transfer from one area to another was also seamless and hassle free. We had a very full and varied itinerary with enough free time to relax and/or explore on our own. I highly recommend Odynovo Tours!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Odinovo, who organized a two-week tour of Japan for our family and friends (a group of eight). From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged and thoughtfully planned.

Our itinerary took us through Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Tokyo. In each city, Odinovo provided knowledgeable and friendly guides who made our experience both enriching and enjoyable. The guides were punctual, well-informed, and always attentive to our needs and interests. Special thanks to Yoko Kobayashi, our guide in Hiroshima; Seiya Maegawa, our guide in Kyoto; and Chieko Horiuchi, our guide in Tokyo.
All of the hotels selected for us were comfortable, well-located, and offered excellent service. The logistics throughout the trip, including transportation, sightseeing, and meals—were handled with great care and professionalism. Traveling with a group of eight can sometimes be challenging, but thanks to Ander’s exceptional planning and attention to detail, everything went smoothly. We felt well taken care of every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Odinovo, and especially Ander, to anyone looking to explore Japan or other destinations offered by the company, with a stress-free and high-quality travel experience. We are truly grateful for the memories they helped us create!

Odynovo tour was planned beautifully and Cathy Hou was an excellent person who answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly from beginning to the end in helping me plan my tour. Beijing was magnificent and the tour guides were very informed, kind and helpful from beginning to the end. We loved all 3 places we visited in China, from Beijing, Xi’an to Shanghai. The guides and company made the trip completely reassuring & relaxing. No arguing with my family on where to eat or where to go or how to get there. Everything was fabulous. The train ride from Xi’an to Shanghai was long, but no poor reflection on Odynovo. Communication was easy and thorough. Excellent trip! Thank you!

Daniel was extremely professional, taking into consideration all our questions and any changes we wanted to make to the itinerary. He genuinely took the time to understand our interests to ensure the trip was tailored to us. In fact, he made it absolutely perfect.

Our trip took us all across China, from the north to the south, and everything was flawlessly organized—from transfers and guides to activities and accommodations.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, all with nice views. The guides and drivers were well prepared, polite and eager to show us around. We visited amazing sites -- Acropolis, Athens museums, Delphi, Meteora, and of course the 3 islands (Paros, Naxos and Santorini). We particularly enjoyed Naxos as it is very serene, beautiful and "old world." All the travel and transfers worked perfectly, all exactly on time. The whole trip was perfect.

I researched online and randomly bumped into Odynovo. I quickly reached out to the travel agency and worked with Owen Zhou for my 6-day trip to Seoul. Owen was very responsive to all of my emails. He provided great information and recommendations when I was comparing different itineraries. As we got closer to the trip, Owen provided a hotel confirmation letter and the local Odynovo contact to ensure I knew who the driver was to pick us up at the airport.

Our driver was already waiting for us at the airport gate. He quickly loaded our luggage and took us to the hotel. The following day, we were excited to meet our local tour guide, Kory Anh. Kory was very welcoming. He reviewed our daily itinerary and wanted to make sure we had time to visit all the places. He was very thoughtful. He would run to get us a first place in line to take pictures at the palace with the Korean general. He knew all the details of different places. When he asked about our preferences for meals, he took us to all the nice local places, so we enjoyed the delicious food at the best restaurants. If we had extra time, he would take us to places of our interest. For example, my teenage daughter loves vintage fashion, Kory would take us to some hidden shopping places in the Gangnam district for those specialty stores. I enjoyed Kory as a tour guide, and he shared many aspects of Korean culture and daily life that we enjoyed learning. Overall, Odynovo is an excellent company. My experience from booking the trip online to actually enjoying the tour was outstanding. Now that we have found this new way to travel, we won't go back to those tours with 40 to 50 people. This is a much nicer way to travel and learn more about other countries.

We have just completed our second trip with Odynovo. We traveled to Taiwan and Cambodia in 2024 and Japan in 2025. We planned both trips with Terry Zhang, who made the process so easy. He provided concise information and was very flexible and responsive to our needs. He solved problems, answered questions and kept in touch during travel. We are currently deciding where our next trip will be. We plan to work with Terry again. Thank you!

This was a trip of a life time chosen by my wife for her 60th birthday. Anders put together a great package and was able to tweak it as we changed our minds about some of the activities . There was a lot of travelling but well worth it. Our guides were excellent, particular mention to Wille, for our white water rafting doxnthe sacred valley, Victor for getting us up to Mach Picchu on the day trek and Eduardo at Lake Titikaka for his humour and knowledge. The hotels were excellent and well placed and transfers in quality vehicles with generally good drivers . Advice regarding tips being optional not true. Tips expected and asked for if not forthcoming!

Don't just don't. Into China without business which I asked multiple times did we need visas in order to Hong Kong? You can't exit Hong Kong because of transit laws. We spent a lot of money on this tour we have had to pay for extra tickets at the airport, pay for extra tickets out of China into Japan and we've missed some of our tours! Very disappointed!

My husband and I just returned from our eleven day trip to Peru encompassing the Amazon and the Andes.
Cathy Hou, our Odynovo travel advisor, was prompt in responding, answered all my questions, and were able to develop a final itinerary that suited my and my husband's wishes. Changes were always noted in a timely manner and Cathy kept in touch during our travels. I would recommend Odynovo to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to call on Cathy's assistance again for future travels.

My husband and I wanted to travel Vietnam and Cambodia but did not have much time off. Odynovo tailored us a personal itinerary and included all the things we wanted to do. Our trip did not feel rushed, we did everything we wanted to and also had plenty of relaxing time at the same time. Everthing was very well managed and we did not have to worry about a thing. We would definitely be using their services again and will be recommending them to all our friends and family. With only 8 days to complete a sampler of China, Odynovo (through Joan) developed a fantastic program that met all of our requirements. The itinerary was delivered without a hitch and the responsiveness of Joan to our needs was exemplary. The transport and guides (Kenny in Shanghai, Caci in Xian and Roy in Beijing) were top-notch and very knowledgeable. Transport was very clean and the drivers very safe. The accomodation selected was 4 star, well located and clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Odynovo for your travel needs, and, in fact, have already done so to friends and family.

We just spent 2 days in Phnom Penh with our guide Sam, who has worked for Odynovo for years. Sam has a tremendous knowledge and understanding of his country’s history and gave us great background information.

His compassion for people shone brightly, and he has a terrific sense of humor. On the drive from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, Sam took us to a village which has a specialty of fried tarantulas. Great fun!

Nikki Xia has been my trusted agent for over five years! She makes booking a breeze.

We had 4 fabulous guides Mai in Ho Chi Minh City, Hung in Hanoi, Tao in Bangkok, and Gade in Chiang Mai. We were taken to all of the highlights of each city. Our hotels were fabulous. When flying they would take to the airport and lead us all the way to security. We never worried about when flying to each including Phuket they ( the guides) were right there. This was definitely one of the greatest trips Anne and I have ever
been on. We travel quite a lot and we felt so comfortable and safe as well as the history of the cities. The private tours were unbelievable and so very satisfying. Many times my wife and I would have an emotional goodbye because of how much they cared about us experiencing Vietnam and Thailand. We will always remember this trip and the so many fond memories. ❤️

Agnes did an excellent job planning exactly the trip to Morocco that we wanted and making all the arrangements. The Riads/accomodations were very good to excellent. Ali our driver was superb. The local guides were very good to excellent. The local Food walks were excellent. Overall a very enjoyable trip.
