Oydnovo organized our 11-day trip to Japan - Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Hokone and Tokyo. It was outstanding. They found us four wonderful guides, each of which was terrific. I had not heard of Odynovo before, and that made me nervous. But they were excellent. The guides not only taught us a lot, but were delightful people.

My husband and I traveled for two weeks to Vietnam and had Odynovo as our tour company.
We had been with them before and remembered their great service.

Lily was able to put together our travel goals into a trip where every day was well planned and included some sights and adventures we would have missed if not for Lily’s recommendations. My husband and I just completed our honeymoon in Thailand with Odynovo. We did a 7 day tour visiting Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. The experience from beginning to end was seamless. Our travel consultant Cathy was super helpful, kind and always available. The tour itinerary is flexible but we stuck to it for the most part, and I have to say it is well made. You hit all the tourist attractions except with a tour guide and personal driver, which makes it all the more convenient! Plus our Bangkok tour guide, Julie, did an amazing job taking us on some unique spots which really showed us Thai culture. And lastly, the hotels chosen were up to standard. Very clean, friendly service and great breakfast options - plus great location. Our Chiang Mai hotel at Smile Lanna was my favorite. We even got to upgrade our hotel at Phuket through Odynovo which was the perfect way to end our trip! All in all, would highly recommend. Made our trip unforgettable!

Four of us recently returned from 17 days in Vietnam and Cambodia. The trip was totally personalized to our specifications and desires. Cathy Hou was our contact. She worked with us -- sometimes daily -- to frame the trip and determine what worked and what didn't. We added locations and had to subtract some because there wasn't an infinite amount of time. Cathy was terrific in working with us to create a workable trip for us. Cathy deserves enormous credit for making this trip successful for us.

we recently visited Napal with Odynovo (it’s the at least the 6th time our family travels abroad with Odynovo) and we really enjoyed the trip, the sightseeing and the overall service.

The local team was great. The guides were helpful, professional and always on time (a special thanks to the guide for Lumbini)

The drivers drove safely, and the cars were in good shape and always clean

The hotel choice has been fantastic as well (location, position, service..)

We recently returned from our 18 day private tour to Australia and self drive tour to New Zealand. This was our 5th private tour with Odynovo and everyone of them was excellent. Lynn Lu did an excellent job with our itinerary. The excursions were interesting, well planned and the booking of hotels was great. Our guides and drivers were wonderful. There were no delays, holdups, and everything was as per itinerary. It turned out to be fantastic.

We recently returned from a 21 day trip through Vietnam and Cambodia expertly designed by Lynn Liu. We first made contact with Lynn in March 2024 and eventually travelled in February 2025. Throughout this time Lynn patiently and enthusiastically adapted our itinerary to suit our needs. We made so many changes to length of trip and dates we could travel that I feared she would give up on us! Each time I emailed she replied the following day and then she kept in contact while we were away to check all was going as planned. We had wonderful guides in each city. Tuan in Hanoi took us on our first ever street food tour and introduced us to village like in Sapa. Mr Le our driver kept us safe in the chaos of Hanoi and the steep winding roads of Sapa. Our guide in Hue and Hoi An, Quoc and our super friendly, always smiling driver Timh, made sure we had a good time. Guide Tino in Ho Chi Minh city shared a wealth of knowledge and answered our multiple questions as well as sharing his family history. Our driver Mr Phi also kept us safe. Onto Cambodia and the gentlest, friendly people we have ever met in our travels. WE were so sad to only have Phally, our guide in Siem Reap for one day as his mother became ill, but Odynovo seamlessly replaced him with Boray with whom we became very fond. Mr Ya Ya, the driver was with us the whole time and we cannot thank him enough for all the smiles, cold water, cold face flannels, sweets and treats he provided us with each day. Or final days were in Phnom Penh where again we had a knowledgeable guide, Sao, whose English was wonderful.
All in all It turned out to be a fantastic, interesting and flawlessly organised travel experience. There were no delays, excuses, hold ups, everything was as per itinerary. Thanks Lynn for putting it all together.

From the moment we arrived, Odynovo Travel ensured we were well taken care of. The van provided for our first seven days was incredibly comfortable. Our guide, Amy, was delightful—always sweet, approachable, and eager to assist in any way she could. Most of our days included lunch at various locations, and initially, all the lunches were buffet-style, which we didn't particularly enjoy. After mentioning our preference to Amy,that was our last buffet meal and, was adjusted to suit our tastes.

The accommodations were advertised as 4-star or 5-star, but the ones in Khao Sok (Luxury Class Floating Bungalows) fell short of expectations. They felt more like a 2-star experience. The bungalows were supposed to have electricity all day and air conditioning from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., but we didn’t get either until around 5 p.m., which was disappointing.

The 16-day tour took us through a lot of ground, starting in Bangkok, then heading to the Thai-Myanmar border, and finally making our way down to southern Thailand, including Krabi. We were constantly on the move, only staying three nights in a single location twice throughout the entire trip. If I were to do it again, I would break the trip into smaller segments, staying three to four days in each place to make the experience more manageable.

The biggest downside of the tour was the sheer number of temple visits. There were so many that, honestly, cutting out half of them would have still provided a fulfilling experience.

In Krabi, the recommended speedboat trip to Phi Phi Island was a letdown. The boat ride was uncomfortable, and there are many other activities in Krabi that would have been more worthwhile than spending time on Phi Phi Island.

The highlight of the trip for me was visiting the elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai. Being able to interact with, feed, and bathe the elephants was incredibly rewarding. I also really enjoyed the cooking class, which was a great experience.

Overall, the trip was enjoyable, but it was exhausting due to the excessive driving and the overwhelming number of temple visits.

We were two couples, one couple from UK and other from USA. We had totally different arrival/departure days and times but it was not a problem at all for Odynovo. Joy Peng (our Odynovo tour organizer) was incredible. She put together a private tour with an itinerary that started in Saigon, then to Siem Reap in Cambodia, then Luang Prabang in Laos, then to Hanoi, then Ha Long, then Hoi An and finally back to Saigon. 5 flights, 5 different guides, 5 superb hotels and one overnight cruise in Ha Long bay. Our guides were Victor in Saigon, Boray in Siem Reap, Wvai in Luang Prabang, Nghia in Hanoi and Quoc in Hoi An. Each one of them incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful. Each day the guide and driver arrived on time and with a basket of fruit and snacks + a cooler of water and soft drinks. The tour vans were new, spacious and quiet. It is hard to believe such a packed itinerary covering three countries and six major cities was so successfully achieved without a single hiccup. Kudos to ODYNOVO, they were fabulous and impressed us so much I just had to write this review! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent 7 day itinerary in Bali created by David Tan. My assigned guide was Wayan Sugiarta who made this experience even more amazing. Sugi was very knowledgeable about the places visited and its history. Thank goodness for an amazing driver as well. I would definitely recommend Odynovo and will definitely use them again for my next adventure! Thank you Odynovo!🙏

Nikki was a fantastic coordinator from the beginning! We approached her for a few trips and she was flexible from the first, always bringing great suggestions, despite some budget constraints!
When we booked our trip to Thailand, even from the agenda I did not quite appreciate how the whole event would come together - my wife and I were blown away by the preparedness of the guides, the balance of the days on tour and the quality of the organisation and expertise that had gone into the planning.
That holiday was magic from beginning to end!

We booked a private tour of Harbin, China with Odynovo. Three full days in and around Harbin, plus transfers from the airport and back to the airport, for four nights/five days total. This was our second time using Odynovo for a China tour, and once again they were excellent on all accounts. Our guide, Mr. Dyllan, spoke English very well, was very knowledgeable about the area and its history, and was a genuinely nice person to spend time with.

With Odynovo private tours, you have tremendous flexibility. Our primary interest was attending Ice & Snow World, which we did, and we also saw several other sights and attractions, some of which we requested specifically and some of which were suggested by our guide.

My wife and I don't eat cows, pigs, or sheep, and our guide ensured that we still had excellent lunches every day. (Breakfast was a buffet at the hotel, and we were on our own for dinner, but we were usually so full from a big lunch that we skipped dinner and just had a snack in the evening.) Odynovo also did a good job of scheduling our hotel and activities despite the fact that our visit overlapped with Harbin's hosting of the Asian Winter Games.

I cannot recommend Odynovo enough.

Allison Chang helped us design our dream trip to India, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. And oh what a trip! Her suggestions were spot on and even when we had some different ideas, she was quick to confirm or share why she thought another option would be beneficial to consider. She helped us to visit and learn the local life…not just the touristy side. And the drivers and guides were amazing. This was my second trip with Odynovo and my husband’s first. We had nothing but pure satisfaction from their services. I should list each and every guide/driver by name, but some stuck in my mind even after we returned home. Sanjay in India kept us safe throughout the challenges of their daily driving! Very impressive! Naveen in Varanasi was so interesting and knowledgeable. We loved Ajay in Nepal and Kinely in Bhutan. Kinely was especially helpful with helping me traverse the Tiger’s Nest! Thank you again…I would never have made it without your help! Emmy in Bangkok had the best smile throughout our trip! Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan in Hanoi and Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan in Hoi An were interesting, professional and so knowledgeable about their cities. Leighton was so patient with us and our questions during Ho Chi Minh City. I could go on about each one but they all brought great knowledge, care, professionalism, sincerity, concern, and love of their job to us. Thank you Odynovo for hiring only the best! We hope you never change your criteria for your hiring standards. You obviously care about them and for us to have the most amazing trips!

Fantastic service and amazing itinerary. Odynovo and local staff (guides/drivers) were awesome communicators, very responsive and professional. We have used Odynovo for South America and Southeast Asia and have recommended Odynovo to our friends.

We had a great tour to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We worked with Thomas who was very patient with our itinerary changes. He worked with us to add some active days in between the touring days. All the guides and drivers we had were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. During the trip, a few people got sick and had to stay back for a few days. Thomas was very helpful in rescheduling their itinerary for them so we could all meet up a few days later. A few of the highlights that aren’t on normal itineraries that I highly recommend are - The Vespa food tour with a jazz club stop in Ho Chi Min city. The bike ride with Mr. Wee in Chang Mai, and the hike with Fa in Chang Mai National Park. I highly recommend working with the Odynovo team, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this company! I specified my budget and what I wanted to see on my trip. Everything was arranged including a private guide and driver. I went to Bali and Thailand this past January. The hotels and excursions were top rate! Our guide Wayan Mariada in Bali was the best! Ander was our Odynovo contact and was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

I had a very good time in Vietnam, mainly thanks to my tour guides and the friendly people.
It is a lovely country to visit and I highly recommend it to anyone, but please in my opinion don't use Odynovo to organise it.
My experience with them was not great. On their recommendation after a 5 star experience in Hanou and Halong Bay i took a train trip from Hanoi to DaNang. Do not do this unless you are a backpackers. What i thought was going to be a very pleasant train ride turned out to be a nightmare. After boarding a very old andcru down carriage I discovered zi was to share a 4 berth bunk with 3 strangers and top that off they wanted me, a 62vyo man to climb up and down on the top bunk.
After much protesting and refusing the berth, they found me a storage room with a mattress to sleep on (or not as it turned out). The trip turned out to be a 15 hour nightmare. Why they didn't fly me from Hanoi to DaNang (1.5 hrs) I will never know. I can not say enough about my tour guides, all 3 if them Mr Gung, Tom and Lam were all fantastic. Loved Vietnam, not i.pressed with Odynovo and would not recommend.

My group traveled to Egypt and Jordan for 2 weeks with Odynovo. This is the first time, I have ever used a tour service and let me tell you, Odynovo did not disappoint. We planned this trip over the course of 2 years, I've probably had over 50 emails with Ander, my travel consultant. He always responded in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful in helping us make our trip 100% what we wanted it to be. I've never felt more taken care of-from the moment we landed at the Cairo Airport to the moment we flew out of Jordan, we had Odynovo staff there to assist us. Every minute of the trip went smoothly. Our drivers were extremely capable even in the bonkers Cairo traffic. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Everything was booked for us and every recommendation was spot on for a marvelous trip!
