Bought a fan online, was a fair price and did get delivered next day as advertised by UPS courier. No problems, would use again in future.
I ordered four Epson ink cartridges; all at a very good price, using their free postage option. Placed the order on Sunday and they arrived by DHL on Tuesday. Ideal service!

The goods never arrived
The goods never arrived. On the 29.11.2024, I ordered 17 cartons of 330ml Harrogate bottled water between two separate orders for an event scheduled for the 7th of December 2024 on what was to have been a next day delivery term. However, the items did not arrive and regrettably there is no way to contact this rogue outfit. There is no phone number to communicate with this clearly rogue outfit and emails take up to three days to respond to. I am still awaiting my refund. I ended up procuring the items at Rymans, which delivered promptly. My order numbers for verification are 73363547 and 73363138. I have raised a chargeback claim with my credit card provider as this outfit has gone incommunicado.

Not a great start
I'm not overly impressed with our first order. I searched on Google for an item by product code and followed a link through to Office Products website. I placed my order and received the wrong item due to an error on the suppliers website. This was then returned and I re-ordered the item for next day tracked delivery. It took 9 days to arrive. Also, there is no phone number so everything had to be done online. The response to my query was ok, but I'd have preferred to discuss this particular issue directly.

Ordered/paid for a simple piece of…
Ordered/paid for a simple piece of office equipment from them mid-March (only about £25 + pp). It had not arrived by April 9th - although parcel tracking said it had been dispatched March 21st. Contacted them to see what's happening - but they refuse blank to investigate it at all because beyond their 14-day return/query date (it seems by about 4 or 5 days). Crooks

15 days after order of some pens that were in stock, i have finally managed to get a response by email.
Told item was delivered although we never received. They have agreed to resend so I will await my order and leave another review then

Placed an urgent order last Friday
Placed an urgent order last Friday, and it says orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the same day. 4 days later and my parcel has not been dispatched, so I call their customer service helpline which says the helpline is not manned?!?! Also emailed them with no response. Your service is misleading and below par. Please cancel my order 61261049 and i'll buy elsewhere.
